This is one of the finest cars in this price range. Spending just a couple of lacs above the Creta top model for which you certainly have to wait longer you can get this one much more quickly and trust me it's pure value for money. Although it shouldn't be named 7 seater rather 5+2 or as in our family case 4+2 (4 adults + 2 Kids) {we all are having a fatty body shape} but generally also last row is especially for kids only adults find it difficult to adjust and also a middle row is also a bit tight especially due to unnecessary middle armrest which doesn't have a cup holder as well. The armrest doesn't fit properly into the seat and makes the person sitting in middle very uncomfortable. But other than that car is fabulous either you speak about it diesel automatic engine, performance, fuel efficiency, response, and drive experience all are too good. So definitely a value for money more of when you decide to travel 4 people in it you certainly get a sense of luxury and satisfaction. The buying experience is pure bliss as you see a long waiting time on almost every car in this segment even its younger sister Creta you have to wait long enough to rest aside XUV 700 or Innova Hycross (either shouldn't compare this one with those are a little class apart as per my perspective) but you definitely get it sooner if not immediately as in my case I got it the same day. The driving experience is classic, you feel like don't stop and let it go longer and longer. The first thing that attracts me is the looks and longer vehicle, side profile you feel like a luxury car for sure as its performance although a little sluggish (Automatic diesel) in the beginning but within 10-15 seconds it picks up and doesn't let you down anywhere after that either its a overtake at 120 or bumper to bumper traffic it performs well. Mileage is another factor that plays a big role and it performs well over there as well. Service and maintenance - Huge Hyndai network, easy accessibility and moreover I will say a low maintenance car. Although have got Sheild of trust and other packages but otherwise too no issues no far till my first 15000 kms done. All going smooth. No maintenance is required so far except for 1st paid service done at 10,000 kms. Wonderful, riding is a smooth, superb, amazing performance no words for this SUV, nice looking, Just short 1 month short for complete the year-paid service To satisfy to purchase suv riding is excellent. the driver seat is perfect make to continue driving & drive this car not tired Its features are awesome for a platinum 7 seater diesel model manually, mileage is 22 plus above Just third-row seating arrangement is for kids, not a normal person Great SUV Maker by hundai Alcazar Overall such a wonderful SUV.

It's been a good experience while buying PDI was done 2 days back delivery. Got all the necessary accessories fitted from Pawan Hyundai I have driven a 6000km mix of city and highway... in the city usually I keep comfort mode and get 13km/l in Bangalore traffic. Highway performance is good getting 18kmpl, This is the average mileage I am getting. I have driven in ghat sections, bad roads , tiny lanes and it's easy to drive I have not felt engine underpowered. You can use sports mode when you need more power from engine . I am awaiting 10k service and can submit about cost etc... Cons : 1. Sometimes bad potholes you can feel inside car 2. Night visibility LED light setup should have been better, throw could have been better. I am planning to set up Hella LED bar Overall good comfort most liked features are 360-degree camera , HD quality camera setup, Ventilated seats, Rear sunshade built-in, Bose sound system, Front look.

It's worth to buy this car. Performance is awesome and so smooth driving experience. Driving experience is mind-blowing. Looks and performance is awesome. Service is & maintenance is bit higher side will come approximately 12K to 14K per year or 10K kilometres. They should have included the automatic boot open feature. Headlights to be improved, these are only the 2 cons. But there are so many Pros and I felt it's better than XUV700 and value for the money
