Force Motors Gurkha review
It was a good driving experience from Gurkha
Had a good Test drive on the new car and was amazed to see the changes from the last version to this version. capabilities of the car are far more important than any other cars in the segment.
The exterior and Interior is Good than Mahindra Thar.More spacious..Rooftop carry is very useful for extra bags.Best off roading car and best price.Service was good.Low maintenance car upto 1&1/2 year.
It is an excellent car for off-road drive and road wise also it gives the mileage of 14 km liter and looks amazing comparison of Mahindra Thar it is excellent but it has only one problem that it is 4 seater Thank you
There are certain things that are not my liking for this other than excellent 'tank'.
1. Very poor plastic on dashboard and AC vents,
2. I am 5'8" and I have to reach out for changing from 3rd and 5th gears
3. TPS which is an after market fit keeps getting loose connections
4. Shifting to 4H and 4L needs a lot of muscle power.
Do not go for Force Motors. Pathetic after sales service and very very low graded plastic and glass used.. My glass cracked within 5 months of using it... Because of Bangalore heat... Nothing else... And they don't cover this under warranty...
I have driven 70000km in my Jeep till now. The front wheel is wobbling . So far your service department has not yet fixed this problem. Please quickly resolved this problem.
Pros:
1. Very comfortable seats and lot of cabin space
2. Looks amazing
Cons:
1. Comfortable Highway speeds is around 90-100
2. Too tall for some apartment parking. (Especially with the roof carrier installed)
3. Ground clearance reduced due to added bash plate below the front differential
Superb buying experience, after sales support, and a perfect blend of legacy, experience, and modernization. The power output is optimal and doesn't feel like a 90 HP motor. On highways, it's easy to do 120 under 2.5k rpm. The best bit is that the Gurkha gobbles up potholes without second thoughts.
The one who loves off-road this is the best car. One of the best experience of off-road with the great comfortable. The exterior was amazing and the interior is fabulous need to improve the sound system, force service as always flexible and the servicing is in the budget.
