    • A great car with some scope of improvement

      The delivery experience was good. Ride quality is good. The looks are really impressive and the best compared to the cars in the segment. Have driven a few kilometers. So waiting for the first service. Pros - 1) Feature rich car 2) Build quality is strong. The thud of the door closing is too good 3) Good speakers Cons- Only one con. The gears are getting stuck sometimes especially the 1st and reverse gear even after pressing the clutch completely.

    • Very poor service after sales

      The dealer really unprofessional we can not compare them with other brand dealers like Toyota, Hyundai...Delivery experience really very bad also after sales support is NIL. I bought Nexon XZ+ dark 12 days back from TERO Tata-Go Auto Delhi. staff are really unprofessional and never fully fill their commitment. also, Tata customer care is very irresponsible they also do not listen to customers. For the last 12 days, I continued complaining to Tata customer care and the dealer about some issues observe in the car after driving but both are even not listing and bothering about the concerns. I have tweeted also but so far no response.

    • A Nice SUV in an affordable price

      1. Very Good experience with the Tata delivery team. 2. Nexon is my third car and it gave me nice experience in driving. 3. The look is great and Excellent Performance 4. Though the servicing is slightly delayed in technical side, the standard of servicing is good 5. Engine Power and fuel effienncy are slightly low. But looks nice.

      I was planning for Altroz and took test drive 2 times after that I took test drive of Nexon, at the time I entered in Nexon I found it is too spacious and good road view. After that I took test drive and I found very suitable for my driving style. Then I confirm Nexon XM. I waited for 5 months for this beast and now I drove it 2000 Kms and loving to drive it. Superb seating position, superb music system, superb riding, spacious and look is awesome. I'm loving its drive. I drove it continue for 8 hrs. but no tiredness or any body pain. So it is complete package and all rounder car. City mileage I'm getting 8-14 and highway 14-20. I think it will increase after 3rd service as engine is in initial stage.

    • Stay away from Tata Service Centres and their Cars

      Sales team is bunch of idiots. Car is good, better than their competitors. Service centre experience is pathetic. Their service network and service centres are just to fool people. And also too damn lazy.

      I bought 2nd hand but it feels like new, driving experience is very good its exterior look good but the interior have to be improved service cost is pocket-friendly pros are safety, and the exterior look & cons are some missing feature, that has to improve the interior.

      Services of TATA MOTORS AT PUNEET MOTOR TIWARI GANJ LUCKNOW IS WORST.THERE IS NO GRIVENCE REDRESSAL SYSTEM NEITHER AT SERVICE CENTRE NOR WITH TATA MOTOR.I HAVE PARKED MY VEHICLE AT PUNEET MOTOR BODY SHOP ON 19 .06.2023 . SERVICE CENTRE PROMISED TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE ON 10.07.2023 BUT IT DELIVERED ON 28.06.2023 WITHOUT PROPER SERVICE.

      I have to buy tata Nexon in 2018 and since then I have suggested everyone go for it. Pros - Its safety feature cant be matched my any other car Con - Somewhat Mileage is not up to the mark. The driving experience is very good. It's a long drive car, you will not feel any fatigues while driving it. Look and performance is thumbs up from my side. Maintenance is normal as compared to any other car.
