I have purchased your brand. New product Tata Hexa recently. Now I curse my self choosing Tata with out hearing my well wishers advise. In this late hour of night with my two kids I was forced to travel in public coveyence leaving behind my vehicle at Thrissur. Very unprofessional team of service I got from Marina motors Calicut. After my Fist service engine error was displayed. That issue was finally solved by the Head office time. Today after the updation of Viper I drove from University of Calicut to Guruvayur temple. Suddenly it's stiring got stuck. When I checked Found the oil wasvco completely drained. When contacted the too free number they arranged a break downservice team who reached by 8 clock and told they can't repair in that time since the they don't have spare in stock. Then at that time I was forced to take public coveyence to reach home from Thrissur to Calicut with my kids. Being a Lady the strange situation I faced at that time with my kids I can't explain. Shame on this Big brand giving zero service and loyality to it's customer's. And Explain s why a Tata car owner became worth less before other car owners.

Drove the Hexa for a Short distance, the car appears to have a good road presence. I have been an user of Tata Safari Dicor.

The experince at Concorde Marol has been disgusting. Was waiting for more than 30 minutes for the sales people to even talk to us. They were more interested in gossiping among themselves rathar than attending customers. However calling the branch manager (Who was absent that day) did not help either. He just did not respond to the call nor did he call back.

Espeacilly when Tata is investing so much in technology and bringing new models they should also focus on customer experience and ensure their front end staff is well trained and are more customer focusssed. Else the Technology investments by Tata will yeild only sub-optimal results.

It would do a world of good for Tata if they focus on customer experience and train their staff accordinglt.

Exterior Superb Exterior look, solid and muscular vehicle.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) More spacious inside and better interior look. Captain seats are too good with middle row seat adjustment. JBL sound system is simply superb.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Performance is same as Innova even though its 200 cc less compared to Innova. Drive modes (Comfort, Dynamic and Rough roads) really works well. Even though company says 17 km/ltr millage, when i tested at 140-150 speed i got only avg 11.5 km/ltr millage and with 100-110 speed i got 13.5 km/ltr millage. May be after first service i am expecting 14 km/ltr millage.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride qualirty is simply superb.

Final Words It is the best vehicle in this price range (19.7 lacks on road in Andhra Pradesh) I can say.

Areas of improvement They should have provided built in navigation system, the app(given by Tata)  that should be connected through our mobile for GPS navigation is not good. Key less entry and sun roof should have been provided.

Value for money car had no issues till date driven 10k kms already and having fun with it especially with the fantastic automatic gearbox and a punchy engine till date the best in class comfort car and superior suspension setup just glides over many of the potholes that our indian roads have to offer. So all in all a very satisfactory and fun car to own and by the days the workshop experience is also getting better. I have been averaging 12 kmpl tht too in city driving and on cruise control on highway a easy 15.5 kmpl is achievable. So kudos to tata ??

I bought Tatahexa against the wishes of my friends and honest speaking I have no regrets. I drove it from Tatanagar to Pune appx 1900 kms and I enjoyed the driving. The reviews I saw on YouTube seems to be biased. Hard steering, noisy engine, hard gear shift etc were all cooked up by the experts. Yes I feel improvment required in head light and also tatas need to get over initial turbo lag to make Hexa real SUV. I would rate Tatahexa as Superb.

Best car in this price range. No one can beat this beast. Really tata have shown a brilliant job. Inspired from range rover and parts are taken from jaguar. Awesome car. No issue. I have driven it 28000 kms without any lag. Such a great work. After sale service of tata is also improving. U can take this car blindly. I also have Toyota fortuner and Mahindra xuv 5oo but hexa is beyond your expectations. Loved this car. Better than fortuner and xuv. Fortuner is just a waste of money. This car is best

I have purchased Tata Hexa, registered number MH 14 GH XXXX on date 27/6/2017 from Shridha motors Chakan. Since then, I have came across problem as started burning from engine and coolant getting dry, twice, First on date 8/7/2017 and second on date 22/7/2017. First problem give mi only 465 km Any one interested purchase tata car plz call mi I was shearing my bed experience Call 9822XXXXXX.

Final Words It is very difficult change gear from 1 to 2 or 3 to 2.

Areas of improvement Gear shift is vey difficult, very poor pick up compared to other cars of same range. Mileage is very less it is 11 km/l. There is no push button. There is no navigation. Gargle sound from engine. I have driven car 8000km still problems are there. Hand break wire touching propeller. Screen size of music system is vey small with low resolution. Rear seats never fold flat. You can’t relax you leg in long drive because of  lack dead pedal . No gap between body and clutch pedal. You will get shoulder pain and leg pain. Service also not up to mark. Before buying car think twice. They never check Pdi properly at the time of delivery of the car.

Sound systemGear shift, pickup is very poor

Hi we bought HEXA XT in September 15th Hyderabad. From day of delivery of vehicle I am facing many problems like Hard clutch. When we change the gear it's getting noise. AC Sounds too horrible. Clutch noise. Customer service. No one is responding after delivery of my vehicle. I am trying to write down mail to Tata motors to stating the various points which I have faced. I am requesting don't buy the HEXA. If anyone have doubts call me for more details 8341XXXXXX.
