I want to share information about Tata diesel engines. They are not made properly, even though they are Fiat-sourced; Tata manufactures them under Fiat's license. There are two models: a 2-liter and a 1.5-liter engine. Both of these engines have blow-by, which normally means that since new, they have a little bit of blow-by. If we compare this with other diesel engines, such as Hyundai and Mahindra, especially Mahindra, which is also an Indian manufacturer, their engines have zero blow-by—no blow-by at all. What I have described here indicates the poor build quality of diesel engines produced by Tata.
