2018 Suzuki Swift Sport brochure leaked

The 2018 Suzuki Swift is all set to make a debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show. However, the official brochure of the upcoming Japanese hot hatch has been leaked online revealing all the necessary details of the 2018 Swift Sport.

On the outside, the car gets distinctive styling features like an aggressive bumper and a set of 17-inch designer alloy wheels wearing 195/45 R17 rubbers. The rear end displays twin exhaust tips hinting at the hatch’s much potent engine.

Inside the cabin are sportier bucket seats with red stitching and “Sport” badging. The list continues with the stainless steel pedals and genuine leather-wrapped steering wheel also with the red stitch lines. The Swift Sport further gets red highlights on the door panels, dashboard, centre console and inside the instrument cluster.

On the mechanical front, the Swift Sport will be offered with a new K14C 1.4-litre turbo charged engine which produces 138bhp and 230Nm of torque. The engine will be offered with the choice of a six speed manual or a six speed automatic gearbox.

The new 2018 Suzuki Swift is expected to go on sale later this month in the international markets, however, the it will arrive at the Indian shore some time next year. Post its arrival, the hot hatch will rival against the Volkswagen Polo GT and the Ford Figo S.
