Positives: 

• It has a voice-activated panoramic sunroof, powered tailgate with gesture activation, and multiple voice assistants, including Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant. 

• It has ventilated front seats, electric driver’s seat, reclining rear seat, rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, and an electric parking brake. 

• There is a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system by Harman, a nine-speaker JBL music player (with a subwoofer), and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster.

• It includes wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a wireless smartphone charger, an air purifier, and iRA connected car technology.

• The backseat has ample legroom, shoulder room is perfect for two average-sized passengers and should be okay for three slim adults too.

• It has a 500-litre boot that’s good for four medium-sized suitcases, three medium-sized bags and three backpacks; and this is without using the 60:40 split-folding feature! 

• The quality of plastics used inside the cabin, like on the top of the dash, is segment-leading. 

Negatives: 

• The absence of cupholders, restrictive rear windscreen visibility, and loading of baggage into the boot due to the high boot lip are all inconvenient.
• It does not get the Heads-Up Display (HUD), which is now featured in hatchbacks, and the rear headroom can be limiting for taller passengers.
• The usage of features like the gesture for the boot-lid opening is not free of niggles and the instrumentation and infotainment have drawbacks too.

Positives:

• It has standard safety features such as six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, hill-hold, and three-point seatbelts with reminders for all the seatbelts.
• There are ADAS features like automatic emergency braking, rear and forward collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert, and adaptive cruise control with stop and go.
• The Curvv is also available with additional safety equipment like a 360-degree camera and hill descent control.

Negatives:

• The Tata Curvv has not been crash-tested for safety ratings by any NCAP authority as yet. 

Positives:

• The Curvv benefits from its striking coupe SUV design that attracts a lot of attention..

• It has sequential LED DRLs with LED headlamps and LED fog lamps with cornering functionality, sequential turn indicators, and connected LED taillamps..

• There is a dual-tone roof, shark-fin antenna, flush door handles with a welcome light, and 18-inch alloy wheels with aero inserts.

• It is offered with multiple cabin shades based on the variant chosen, like a maroon theme blended alongside the contrasting black finish.

• The paint shades are Gold Essence, Flame Red, Pristine White, Pure Grey, Daytona Grey, and Opera Blue, along with dual-tone iterations that have a black roof.
• The dashboard and panoramic sunroof have mood lighting and there’s a four-spoke illuminated digital steering wheel.

Negatives:

• The glossy black inserts, on both the exterior and interior, are easily prone to dust, scratches, and smudges.
• The fit and finish on the Tata Curvv are not consistent, be it the exterior or the interior, like the uneven gaps where the doors meet the dash.
