    Exterior Nice glossy white.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Beige coloured eye relaxing interiors, very useful interior components.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Super smooth engine, drives smoothly on highways and ghat roads, 25kmpl on expressway and around 15kmpl in city....smooth gear shift and nice front vision.

Ride Quality & Handling Smooth quality, especially due to new Michelin tyres.

Final Words A great family car. Fill it. Shut it. Forget it. It takes care of itself.

Areas of improvement Good Year tyre quality isn't that great. Better to change the tyres at the time of purchase itself.

Car tyre purchase is indeed highly confusing. I own Ertiga SHVS Vdi 2016 model. After a run of 43,300km, one of the company fitted Good Year tyre finally bursted today afternoon. Thankfully the car speed was just 20km/hr and no damage was incurred.

I immediately did a Google search for reviews and had a final choice to be made between Michelin, MRF and Bridgestone. After a deeper search, I opted for Michelin. A quick call to the authorized Michelin tyre store, responded promptly by the owner, reached the store within an hour, got all tyres checked and they had worned out completely. I was educated by the shop owner on how to detect the life span of a tyre. It seems the tyre change was due around 5000km earlier!

The Michelin guy gave a zero interest emi option on the credit card payment and it was easy on my pocket. Another offer on purchase of four tyres was all that I needed to decide to change all the tyres.

Trust me, highly efficient service, quick wheel balancing and alignment took just 30 minutes and I was driving off on the brand new Michelin tyres. I was told by the Michelin guy to enjoy the difference in driving pleasure….and I was curious to get the car with new tyres on road as soon as possible.

So, what was the first difference after fitting Michelin tyres?

As soon as I sat on the driver's seat, the car seemed elevated than before.

The car seemed to be running smoothly with as good as none tyre friction noise.

The new tyres seemed to absorb the turbulences of all the rough potholes and provided additional support to the car's shock absorbers.

The 10km ride seemed to be super good with easy maneuvering and better car control.

All in all, guess a wise decision to go for Michelin. The journey has just begun and way to go for a further pleasurable driving experience. I have been advised to check the tyre quality after 50,000 km. So am relaxed until then.

    Cheers Michelin.

    Regards,

    Manoj Patkar.

Mileage and Seven Passenger CapacityThe boot space could have been a bit more to accommodate bags of seven passengers.
