The exterior and the interior is OK.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox- The Engine performance is very poor. You cannot drive on a uphill slope without putting the hand brake on. This results in wear and tear of the tyres at a faster rate. The AC performance is very poor. Once you put off the AC, it immediately starts to get hot in the cabin which is not found in other cars. The other cars remain cool even after switching off the AC. The car seems to wobble on first gear and it is difficult to drive in Mumbais bumper to bumper traffic and if you drive on second gear it stops.
I have been driving Honda City for 9 years, but dread to have brought Ertiga. I would not recommend this car to anyone.
Finally, I can term this car as a Lifeless car and no value for money. The company has to come out with a improved version on the styling aspects, engine performance and specially driving on slopes.
