Exterior Some what similar to Honda City. I like the design. but in my opinion car looks dated soon. There are no DRLs which is a big letdown.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good features, comfortable seats, beautiful interiors. Touch Screen is laggy, poor quality speakers, poor breaks, poor projector headlamps in Dim. Auto dimming rear view mirror and sun blinds are superb.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Decent fuel efficiency with SHVS. Gearbox once malfunctuned, it got stuck in 4th gear. Recovery people toed the car to the service center and replaced gear cable, locks under warranty. This incident happened only when the car was just completed 9000 kelometers. battery also broken once without any reason. looks like these are common with maruti cars.

Ride Quality & Handling Good ride quality and great handling, not on Fiesta category though

Final Words Very decent car, as it is a Maruti do't expect VW kind of quality

Areas of improvement Breaking, Music system, no sunroof, no cooled glow box, Poor rear seat base and headrests.

Purchased on car during Aug 2017. Nexa experience to own was great. My first driving experience is memorable one. I used to have ford figo which had huge cabin noise. This car was silent inside cabin and comfort inside cabin was some thing to remember for long time.

Many times I wonder honda city though leader in this sedan class, ciaz is something must not ignore. You may not get great cabin expeirence inside honda city except for it driving pleasure.

Looks of ciaz is great in side view, front looks needs improvement. Excellent quality, Wonderful space both in front and back, 3 person can sit comfortably, Good music system.

Nothing to complaint it has power for normal driving. For Race not suitable. Great economy - City 20 Highway - 23 KMPL, Less gear shift distance, easy for long drive, Good noise insulation.

Average pickup, Great road grip, Stable even at 140 Km speed, Good breaks. Great car. All required feature of sedan car.

Engine power, LED lamps, DL, Front grille upgrade can be improved.

Good leg space, comfort, economy, Stability at high speedLooks

1. Value for money just like all the other maruti cars.

2. Pretty decent ride but the lateral movement of the car is very annoying.

3. Underpowered 1.3 L diesel and the interiors needs a litttle tweaks here and there.

4. Maintanence is not to costly but the service centres are horrible. They dont work on the car much as most of them have ZERO knowledge about it.

5. Pros: spacious, mileage, comfortable.

Cons: underpowered, weak interiors and bad braking( when compared to its rivals).

Next wow Buying was awesome experience Riding is brilliant I loved the features of the car at a compitative price what you are getting is more Other cars might offer more compared to maruthi but maruthi service cost is cheap and best Vento serve crosses 40k very expensive. Resale is good reliable blindly go for ciaz absolutely awesome petrol car is the beast

The car is wonderful , it is very good comfort space it exterior look is awesome , very good milage, it is better than Honda city , this is my first car I purchase in my life I like to riding with my family, the fuel economy is excellent the interior look is very beautiful and comfort

i have been searching for a new car for a month and i decided to by ciaz my varient is vxi + petrol.its giving a good riding experince while running with ac and non ac some times i feel am in a jet ?? .it has a good massive front grill its make the car looks cool.projected head lambs . performance also nice its a affordable sedan.5 persons can simple go with out any risk.no tiredness will happend whike in the car its also giving a luxuary feels.its has a built in system.with bosh speakers its giving a gud output.we can feel the musiq.enough leg room and a big boot. i think boot is 500 litr .there is not much cost for servicing its also affordable.maintenance is also easy probs •shifting of gears is not sleak •bit difficult while putting the reverse gear •ground clearence is a prb •need curise control •seat leather quality should be increased cons • nice car • 5 persons can go easily • it has resale value • parts are easily available thank you

Buying experience: Over all good experience Best in buying
Riding experience: Riding for any highways would be better
Details about looks, performance etc: Exterior looks are great, interior too damn crazy
Servicing and maintenance: Good service centers and less maintance...
Pros and Cons: No hatings about this car, Good car overall...

Every thing is good about this car but service station needs to be more better ... Likewise Hyundai and Honda service station it has to be upgrade..... If i talk about the car it is very smooth to drive space inside the car is uncomparable with any other car of this class,boot space is also so good ,overall performance wise it is best in its class.....
