Not the best yet preferable for many other reasons

We bought Ciaz Alpha from the next outlet in may 2018. The delivery was done within a week and the service was also very good. Ride quality of the car is excellent. The nvh level are also good. We took this for over 1000 km ride and it preformed really well. Though it's not a driver's car but the ride quality, back seat comfert and more than sufficient leg room is the best part. It looks are decent not too much sporty.it offered a great milage. It's boot is really very big, it can easily fit 3 big bags comfortably. As it was brought from nexa they were providing home cleaning services time to time. Servicing is as always good. PROS :- 1. excellent ride quality 2. Amazing comfert 3. Good family sedan 4. It's price is also competitive comparing its rivals CONS :- 1. not the most powerful car of the segment 2. No sunroof offered, even in the facelifted version.
