Service and maintenance could have been better. Maruti service stations don't provide customer a quality experince and service. Also they increase the service cost by adding the unrequired work and replacements of parts.

I purchased used car before six month,this period I driven 10000+km,there car experience is excellent. Pros Of Ciaz 1) Exterior Style like luxerios Car 2) Comfort & Specious 3) Ride Quality 4) Fuel Efficiency 5) Low Maintanance Cons Of Ciaz 1) Build Quality 2) Need Sunroof 3) Engine Power Lower Than Segment Cars I am exprience This car Is exellent

I bought this car in 2016 and since then I have driven it in varied terrains like hills, highways, no roads, desert roads etc. The car was with me in ups and downs till 35000 km, but something changed after that : Pros : - Supremely comfortable. - Less fatigue on long journeys and highways. - No wobble like SUVs - Good road presence. - Good music system and speakers. - Good pickup after 100 km/hr - Good average of 18- 20km/l till now Cons : - pathetic build quality, both interior and exterior. - interior door cloth will peel off its own in 5 yrs but the same doesn't happen till ages in Honda / Hyundai - bad exterior build quality and even a dab on doors with a finger can make a dent, the doors are made of butter paper. - High repair costs and charges, all parts are replaced and seldom repaired. - Good engine but fragile engine parts, my both camshafts broke in 4 parts while gliding on the road at 20km/hr for which Maruti had no answer but,"It happens, sir" - My Trunk(Dikki's) torsion spring broke while I was half inside it and it fell on me. - The car is highly unreliable after 30000 kms and shows catastrophic failures of many parts,it feels like all organs are failing. - My fuel sensor gave away 20000 km. For which Maruti had no repair and answer. - Tiny spec of stone on the highway hit my windscreen and it made a big patch of glass. - well cover paint peels off in 4-5 yrs. - The music system won't auto-connect to the Bluetooth phone when the car is on... You have to switch it off while the phone's Bluetooth is on.

A great car good upholstery posh dashboard AC is super very silent on bumps spacious eco diesel version great a great TRY by Marathi to compete with Honda city,wheels are good.After 1700 rpm it is a breez.cabin is hush ride quality is good.AC especially is very good it goes up to 19 degrees in cooling .I have never seen a car that cools so much

When it comes to my home it really fells pretty and nexa people treat me very nicely,riding a ciaz is just like so comfortable and luxury.service cost is just 1000-1500 only which is purely low in the segment and coming to pros -its a c segment sedan having all the luxury feature with the largest space both leg and boot. Cons-body is not strong like Skoda,vw and the plastic used in interior is bit low quality. But i say its just value for money, and u never feel boring by purchasing A ciaz...

This is wonderful car. I would call it Camry in budget. Had Maruti have 5 gear CVT, I would have certainly bought that but otherwise this awesome car. I downgraded from Hyundai Sonata to Ciaz Alpha Petrol And my family (wife, brothers, parents) did not feel the downgrade. Have done 55,000 KMs in 2 years and going for more

The car is such an amazing one....... comfortable to ride in it....it is so spacious and has all the luxury features.....I am using the top end variant.....ZXi+ it's a better car for a family who wants comfort, safety,power, luxury.etc....its suitable for all age groups....all the variant is offering ABS, Projector Headlamps etc.....it is very pleasure to drive.....and giving an awesome milage of 19 kmpl...I am satisfied with the CIAZ....

Simple one word superb for this car. Ciaz is very good spacious and comfort level is very high.ciaz provide many luxury features which not other cars give u at so much low price and its suzuki so resale value and service is very good I drive 10000 km very fuel efficient gives 24 kmpl diesal nd hybrid function is very good.dnt judge this car with anyone comments just go to nexa and drive it once.
