Exterior Best - macho look like the best

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Sapce is solid, infact it goes weel in every aspect

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Gearbox little bit on stiffer side, fuel eco - this is the place you have to admit sit kya le lya.

Ride Quality & Handling Good in fact no complaints.

Final Words I think its best we have in india. Cheap and best in its segment , and we are proud that mahindra is dilevering the best we indians shall look in future.

Areas of improvement Mileage problem with mahindra vechiles are very profonud from so many years.

That is why these are mostly used as public transport, for govt use...

As simple is that diseal vechiles are delivering 25 and odd kms a lit with so many cars and now suv also.

So I personally think that mahindra have to look into these aspects and finally, thanks him for kuv 100. finally 25kmpl plus in thier house.

everything is right after all it offers features like a 20lakh fellownothing seems to be bad after all , mileage is the problem where this monster have to improve

Exterior Looks macho, attractive edges which give the car a great and mean look. Very Impressive. Certainly a head-turner.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) As good as features available today. Great comfort. The space in front row is a big problem. For Example - once seated in the driver seat or front co-passenger, you cannot bend and use the storage provided in the door. There is virtually no space even for the seat-belt to rollback once the drive is over. The glove storage space is small, cup holder space in between 2 seats is pathetic. M&M should focus on providing more storage space in all 3 rows for things like bottles, pockets for books / mobile phones and trash. Certainly a lot to be desired in this aspect.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fabulos. Is the word.

Ride Quality & Handling Excellent.

Final Words I am happy to be one of the first owner of the new model. It was a big risk to take without any test drive, but it paid off well I love the car! On highway, its like a smooth breeze, on city roads, as easy as a bike to ride!

LOVELY & FANTASTIC CAR BECAUSE THIS CAR LIKE AS AWESOME STYLE & OUTER LOOK. INDIA'S MOST FAMOUS CAR & PEOPLE LIKE THEM BECAUSE MAHINDRA ALWAYS CHANGE STYLE IN ALL CAR. MY FAMILY ALWAYS RIDE AND SAFETY FEEL CAR.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good and relatively spacious for the front seats but kind of tight for the paseengers in the back seat.

Ride Quality & Handling Good.

Areas of improvement The front and back fenders are poorly designed and cheap and are not becoming to the whole appearance of the vehicle. I have the double cab pickup and I worl on a farm the fenders are terrible and cannot handle farm laboreres mounting from the bank fender. They are flimsy, broittle and should be designed as whole (from end to end) and not three sections and should be solid and strong.  The Turbo Charger is deficent and leaks oil. That has been a major poblem for us. I would like to know if others owners have the dame problem that we have faced about the turbo charger.

I have this car since it released. And I was the first owner of this model. like its been 9 years it has been my daily use vehicle it never disappoints me be it on offroad or handling in high speeds it has a great built quality. It has a special place in my heart for many reasons.

I bought it in jan 2016. It was priced at 15L for s10. But now it comes at around 17L on road. At this price point xuv could be better option especially after gst effect.

The good:

1. No. 1 is the engine. The power and torque is adequate in all the gears. but now the competition is wider hence, its time to upgrade or retune it. I wish it will come with a 6 speed gearbox in the next version.

2. HVAC. The s10 comes with auto a/c that works pretty well in hot climatic conditions.

3.The general maintenance costs is less.

The average: (Area that needs improvement).

1. Ride and handling. The suspension setup is average. The car bounce and Shakes alot while passing over speed breakers and broken roads. But the ride isn't uncomfortable at all the times. The stock Bridgestone tyres offer adequate grip in city as well as in highways.

2. Brakes. The car does stop at high speeds when braking . But doesn't give confidence in all the situation. For the price tag i would expect all wheel discs.

3. The car may look bigger on the outside. On the inside its a different story. The leg room is adequate enough but,feels average in the competition. But the seats are wide enough and offers good under thigh support for an average size person that makes long journeys comfortable.

The poor:

1. No organized storage spaces.

2. Safety rating. 2 airbags and abs are required as minimum safety features in these days. The scorpio offers the same from s4 model. But no crash tests were conducted with the airbag version which becomes questionable in safety aspects.

3. Cheap built remote key that only works within 10 to 12 feet distance. This quality is not supposed to be on a 15L car.

4. ICE setup. The touch screen head unit is of above average quality. The screen isn't readable in bright day light. The stock speakers were poor.

5. Paint quality. Who can buy the scorpio ? Ans: if you want a 7 seater in SUV body with minimum safety feature at a price of 12-15L, the scorpio is the car for you.

Exterior Well designed robust exteriors, great styling, imporving with every new model.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Simply superb space , comfort  and features, only at times one gets irriate with some minor finishing problems.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is great, very powerful but not very fuel efficient, but then who minds the fuel economy if the power is good.

Ride Quality & Handling Excellent.

Final Words Great SUV, best at this pirce, with mahindra there is complete peace of mind when it comes to srvice, the runs to the garaage will be also not burn a hole in your pocket, what surprismed me was the handling, obviouly it handles well on highway, with minimal body roll but also it is so nimble in the city, which was a true revelation, so overall a great vehicle, i feel there is almsot no competition other than safari, which looks quite boxy comapared to scorpio, the other vehicles lack space and are not so rugged, they are not true suvs, also the maintenacne of othe internatinal brands is much higher and once you purchase them only then you realize, the reasle is also very poor.

Areas of improvement Could have slightly better fit and finish.

 PROUD TO BE A OWNER OF MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA OWNER, MADE IN INDIA PRODUCT, BEFORE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, I WAS TOLD TO BUY THE JAPANESH TECHNOLOGY VEHICLE AS THOSE JAPANESH TECHNOLOGY VEHICLES ARE MORE SMOOTH AND SILENT WHEN COMPARED TO INDIAN MADE VEHICLES, BUT WHEN I DROVE THE MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA VEHICLE, I DID NOT FELT THE DIFFERENCE, I ADMIRED THE MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA S-2 SCORPIO VARIENT, AS IT IS VALUE FOR MONEY, AND GOOD SERVICE AFTER SALE. AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, I HAD GONE TO FEW HUNDRED OF KILOMETERS AND GOOD SOME VIBRATIONS WHEN I APPLIED BRAKES AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE DEALER "AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURES", PANJAGUTTA, HYDERABAD BRANCH, THEY IMMEDIATELY ARRANGED A CALL FROM THE TECHNICAL PERSON MR. ZAHED ALI WHO CONTACTED ME AND VISITED PERSONALLY TO MY PLACE AND WE TOGETHER HAD A TEST DRIVE OF MY NEWLY PURCHASED VEHICLE AND ALL MY DOUBTS WERE CLEARED BY HIM. I STRONGLY RECOMMAND THE MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA TO APPOINT A TECHNICAL PERSON WHO EXPLAINS THE CUSTOMERS WHO GETS COMPLETE TECHNICAL INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE SO THAT IT IS VERY EASY TO CHOOSE THE VARIANT AT REQUIRED BY THE CUSTOMER CHOICE.

Value for money 16.35 for an 7-8 seater is an very good miliage I like the height and the muscular shape of the Scorpio. I have a 2006 scorpio it feel like riding a beast ,defect of Scorpio is no Ac vent in the last row
