Honda City 4th Generation User Reviews

After so much confusion over the segment options (Honda City, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Hyundai Verna and Toyota Yaris) I finally chose Honda City V MT Pearl White (Petrol). Segment remains enough competitive with all tough competitors. No doubts each car offers something unique with reliance. Honda City is without a doubt a segment leader when it comes to urban corporate professionals like me. Suzuki leads in semi urban and rural segment. Verna is absolutely leader in Diesel which was not the option. So finally Honda City. What a car. Class apart interiors. Old users swear by its performance and reliability. So do I. The variant V (middle one out of 5 options) is most selling value for money with more acceptable features than top model of Ciaz facelift 2018. Ride quality is above par. Currently I’ve done 300kms in odo with mileage of 14.5kmpl that for sure is going to increase with forthcoming services. If you need class, reliance, trust, 20 yrs of undisputed ruling model just go for Honda City blindly. Cons : Only one and that can could be lived with is the absence of Apple and Android Car play in music system. But with BT and WiFi the same can be overlooked. Speakers are the best. Honda all the way. So proud.

Exterior Exterior is good look wise but build quality is very poor. body quality is very poor. with finger you can press.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space and comfort is very good. but again inside build quality is very poor. insulation is very poor. you can hear tyre sounds, engine sound, glass sound of doors. Skoda is very nice. reverse camera is pathetic. digipad is waste with 2.3 android. you cant signin with account,. lags while playing video.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel comes around 10 in city, performance is good. gear shift sometimes feel hard esp reverse.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride qulaity and handling is good

Final Words Car is not my choice I planned to buy skoda rapid. but all family and friends suggested city since brand name and service and resale value. but I felt its better to buy of our own choice. Its overpriced product good for nothing. Lagging in so many fields. better to go maruthi in case of resale value and features since the build quality is almost same. or go for skoda or volkswagon.

Areas of improvement So many.

1) infotainament.

2) reverse camera.

3) no parking sensors.

4) build quality.

5) interiors lack of quality.

The car is amazing.The driving is smooth, looks are stunning and overall good to go.The performance is awesome in the highways.Service centers should be improved and should have more showrooms to service.Only for servicing we have to go little distance even in a Bangalore city.

Good value deal I got Smooth ride Looks are good performance is top notch Service is moderate and pocket friendly Pros : good looking, good handling,good comfort and better legroom , good milage around 12 in city and 16.5 in highway , value for money product Cons: honda should improve in quality . Need to improve in infotainment system no apple car play no android auto in this price range.

I replaced my Tigor with city 4G...i strongly believe that I've chosen best in segment .. moreover it's worth for every penny i have spent on it...city known for its engine and luxury.

The most worst car on this budget. Shame on you dogs! And their electricals,,, Huff the worst you'll find... Buy any but not a Honda!! Worst experience, cheapest electricals, cheapest vehicle, won't feel like you're driving a car with a million rupees!! Gotta learn a lot from their competitors,, even Maruti is 10 times better

Exterior The car has Excellent extrrior does not need any additional accessoried to improve.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The boot space is too good and three perosn can seat comfortably on back seat. Even after driving 200 km one will not get tired. Comfort driving experience is very good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Petrol Engine of Honda is proven globally so there is no question on performance. Fuel Economy is not so good, it will give you on average around 14 kmpl mileage.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality & Handling is excellent. Rear camera helps in parking easily in narrow spaces.

Final Words 😢The car is not a good choice for Music lovers. It is infirior to the level you can not expct from a car like this at such a high price. Audio keeps on fluctuating, the showroom man say it is due to fluctuating Radio frequency!!! I had a Sony Audio system wort Rs.11000 and it was far better than Honda City's 70000 car Digipad and Audio system!

Areas of improvement 😦Infotainment System & Audio Quality is a big concern and needs to be improved on priority.

Comfort and style is Excellent.Very bad Audio System and quality, rather audio quality is irritating.

The sedan fulfilled the promises. Mileage clocking 16 kmpl on the hiways. Comfort. Pickup is too good in manual. No way to scold the service centre they are good. Cost effective. And it seems the total weight of the car is reduced for mileage. It s a better choice among the sedans of other companies.. So good..

City is my dream car. I had a very nice n comfortable experience in driving this car. Overall performance of this car is amazing, it has a good pick up and awesome safety features. Service is also very good. But it has both pros n cons, but for me the only demerit of this car is that it is smaller in height like suvs
