Tata first showcased the Tigor EV at the 2018 Auto Expo event. Back in November 2018, the company offered the Tigor EV exclusively for the government. Apart from electric charging setup and a battery powered mechanism, the Tigor EV looks identical to its regular fuel powered versions, except for a host of blue accents all round on the exterior.
Mechanically, the Tigor EV is powered by a 30kW electric motor and a 216Ah battery pack. The set up gets fast charging, a 130km range and has a top speed of 100kmph. In terms of features, it does not get projector headlamps or alloy wheels as a part of the package.
