    • Unfair response for poor quality

      I'm facing a serious issue in the music system. My car is just 2 years old. It's not scanning FM stations. The company says that this can not be solved and u have to replace at cost of 45000/-. This is very unfair. I'm really disappointed and regret to buy it. I expect the service team to pay attention and rectify it.

      I bought it 2 and half years before and the way ford team welcomed our whole family and the atmosphere was wonderfully unforgettable. Since then I have done 27000 kilometres in my car, my family loved it and enjoyed every journey. Driving is superb, actually, if you are looking to drive self this car, then I can say go for it. Linear and constant power, punchy engine delivering great pickup to overtake vehicles on the highway. No doubt on style it looks awesome, so far no complaints on its performance. Ford has improved their after sales services in India. Because since I purchased ecosport, got good response from the service center. Parts are a bit costlier may be because of premium quality products they provide. Pros: Driving quality Fuel economy Mileage Linear power delivery Value for money Cons: Rear seat space Door locks should be improved Engine noise

      I was booked petrol tata altroz 1 month ago in jully 2020 but they didn't give me delivery as per my emergency again they were offering me disel variant on-road price was 11.09 but i visited ford showroom there i got beauty ford titanium ecosport in 11.60 diesel 1.5 lit C SUV also ford made me available that car within 2 days of my booking. They sent a test vehicle at the home door. Last week I travelled my first long journey of 800km were 60% road was like offroad ( road are very dumb) driving but still without a single issue reached my destination....and still driving... No tiredness, very smooth driving experience, performance is great. Got overall average mileage of 19km. Nice experience and will pray it should stand last.

Amazing driving experience on the highway. Feel confident while on road and buy this amazing beast.

      Pros; One of the best DRIVER'S car in country at this price point, and eye-catching styling and drivability Cons: ford has to give it a large customer point and service points and back seat capacity is quite small compared to its rival

      It's the best Compact SUV. Tried and Tested Engine. If you are looking for diesel blindly go for Titanium else you can look for Nexon if going in petroleum. The after-sales service and resale value is a damn compliment...
