Purchased New Innova Crysta but the seat colours were wrong. Supplied Hazel Brown instead of Camel Tan. Both dealer (Coimbatore Anamalais Toyota) and company are not responding. Dealer is repeatedly arguing that Toyota website is wrong!!Very poor customer support from both sides in spite of our repeated contacts. The steering wheel is in tilted condition while driving and we are surprised to note what kind of quality checks they made. Suspension is too hard and not like the old Innova cars. Steering is also too tight. Noisy engine at low speeds. Ultimately we realized we made a wrong choice in selecting this vehicle as one among our various vehicles. This will be our last Toyota and will never buy another Toyota. Hats off Toyota Kirloskar!!

Honest review with full experience

Car overall is an average car. Seems that it is 5 lakhs expensive than its actual price. Interiors are noisy which is a major problem with it's BS6 engine. You drive few 100 kms the noise is full. Moreover braking is not that effective as it could be. Spending 25 lakh is not worth. This car must be around 17-18 lakhs.

Comfortable highway cruiser

Buying experience with Toyota was memorable and I got my car delivered within 25 days after booking . Car is buttery smooth and glides on roads with minimal jerks . Suspension is balanced neither stiff nor too soft. You can plan your longest journey with innova crysta as it provides utmost comfort which another car in this range fails to deliver. Only cons which I experienced are : Tyre size can be bigger for 17 inch rims Interior Plastic quality could be better Rest everything is good and price is on the higher side but no other car can give you the reliability of Toyota and comfort of Innova in this price bracket. Happy and satisfied customer of Toyota Innova Crysta

Innova crysta is the best car of toyota

Buying experience is good because I only have to wait for a month to get the car. Driving innova crysta feels so smooth and good. Innova crysta has the best looking car at this price point and having 7 seat space and engine of toyota will never let you down. Servicing and maintenance cost of all the toyota vehicles are less so the cost of Innova crysta's servicing and maintenance is also very reasonable. Pros of innova crysta Performance of the car is the best. I am using this car for the past 4 years and there is no issue in engine and I have driven the car to approx 90,000 kms and I don't feel any issue in it Cons Innova crysta Only con I feel is the mileage of the car sometimes it gives 6 or 5 km/l in traffic of delhi.

Best car if you are looking for a extremely comfortable family car with good road presence, extremely good for high way cruise , if you are not worried much about fuel efficiency it's just superb.

It's a very good car and good looking.Amazing power delivery with decent mileage.It's interior is very luxurious and very beautiful.Ibought it from Mumbai.It's the best car in this price segment.

Worst delivery process and company behaviour

Greetings, There is nothing wrong with the Toyota Innova Crysta but Om Toyota Kota's sales head and his team members are not in a position to talk, their behavior is very useless and they are not giving the delivery of the vehicle on time even after depositing the payment and having been complaining for 3 months, despite complaining to the seniors, they are not taking any action, what to do with such a company, the company and the dealer are colluding with each other, which we regret very much. Thank you.

Driving comfort is awesome. We can enjoy long rides without restlessness feeling. Good mileage in economy mode. Best performance at power mode. In power mode we can feel like a sport.

Sunroof version

About its comfort, its like a bed on wheels. But waiting for sunroof version. Hope Toyota will launch the sunroof version soon. Most of people are hoping for sunroof version. Because now days all other vehicles Companies are producing sunroof version. So I am also hoping for it. Innova is quite old in market, so I request for sunroof version soon.
