The car have a very decent look but If you are talking about mileage and space than there is not any other option at this price range that gives you more comfort than this Here is a minus point that the car is not easy to drive in small streets because of it's 4.3 meter length but the car is worth it.

Value for money good space, the full family car, I love you ertiga and the mileage is awesome, the driving experience is better than Alto looking is lovely and buying experience is the best of the best.

I think that this car is average before driving. When I drive this car then it is a good car. It is good for the family because it is 7 seater. Its alloy wheels are looking nice.

No loyalty Bonus was provided while buying the car. Interior bad quality plastic material. AC not working in traffic i.e. if you press break AC will off. Maruti told me this is a new functionality to save petrol but at the same time engine consumes petrol both are controversial.

The reason for giving poor rating was "false commitments" by dealership. Across the dealership in Gurgaon - there is a different waiting period commitments (some says 9 months and some 2 months verbally and in writing it's 14-16 weeks .....reality is it's all about your connections in MSIL). I have booked my vehicle on March 12, 2022 for vxi cng variant. Later on April 15, 2022, MSIL launched a facelift version with cosmetics changes at higher price (increased by ~60,000), which has increased overall on road cost by 80-90,000. This facelift version was in competition of Kia Carens, whose waiting period has also increased to 1 year. Launching facelift version doesn't suffice that we are ahead of competition, to remain competitive means to deliver the product to the buyer. Company should focus on meeting the demand of safer vehicles instead of doing excess of productions of "crappy products" which are useless.
