Within just one year, the Exide battery (which was under warranty) developed a fault. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to drop my brother at the airport, so I didn’t pursue the warranty claim immediately and decided to replace the battery. To my surprise, none of the Exide outlets had the specific battery model. They informed me that it was a special type supplied by Maruti for new cars. So, I returned to the True Value dealership where I bought the car and handed over the faulty battery on October 14. As of October 27, I still haven’t received a replacement or any meaningful update. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I urge all potential buyers to be cautious about the promises made during purchase. Once the payment is done, it feels like the customer is left to deal with issues alone. I’ve had other negative experiences with True Value that I prefer not to disclose here.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)2
