BH Series Registration

Within just one year, the Exide battery (which was under warranty) developed a fault. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to drop my brother at the airport, so I didn’t pursue the warranty claim immediately and decided to replace the battery. To my surprise, none of the Exide outlets had the specific battery model. They informed me that it was a special type supplied by Maruti for new cars. So, I returned to the True Value dealership where I bought the car and handed over the faulty battery on October 14. As of October 27, I still haven’t received a replacement or any meaningful update. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I urge all potential buyers to be cautious about the promises made during purchase. The buying process was smooth, and the dealership experience was good. The driving experience is comfortable, especially for family use. The car feels easy to drive in the city, and the suspension works well on normal roads and rough patches. With a full load of passengers, the CNG engine feels a little less powerful, but it is adequate for regular driving. The Ertiga has a practical and spacious design. The second-row seating is comfortable, and the third row is useful when travelling with family. The CNG mileage is one of the biggest reasons I chose this car, as it helps keep the running cost low. So far, the car has been reliable, and maintenance costs seem reasonable. I also like the overall practicality and the amount of space available for a family.
