Very bad experience with ciaz

From the day I have purchased this vehicle. Many noises coming from the interior of the car like from steering wheel, doors on bad roads etc. Service advisors are not accepting my problem. Some other problems with the car: Steering wheel feels very hard. Gears are not as smooth as honda city. Rear seat head is very bad.

MY CIAZ, MY DEHAZE

Ciaz gives a fabulous comfort in city drive.It has great power, space and Luxor. The engine is fully noiseless. A perfect sedan for the middle family. It's a fabulous car to own if your budget is around 14L The Ciaz has been designed with a Suzuki-Tech Body which is made of high tensile steel that disperses any impact to parts of the car other than the middle. This makes for a car body that is light, strong and safe. It develops 92PS of power and it doesn't make for an underpowered car unless you need to make a quick overtake at triple-digit speeds. The petrol Ciaz is about 100kg lighter than the diesel and that improves its weight distribution.

Bad experience at Nexa cybercity Bhubaneswar.

The buying experience is very very bad. Starting from booking to deliver. Now at Maruti Service centre, here also the same experience. CIAZ is a good car but people handing Customer need more training. I can say its terrible man touch experience

2 years of owning the ciaz

I bought the updated ciaz in December 2018. it's a great car superb space and comfort. City average 13.5 highway average of 18.5 in petrol. The average cost of service is 3500.Very good value for money with superb city driving dynamics.Negatives: better feel-good features and less part sharing from cheap maruti cars. Very flimsy ac vents. Lesser ground clearance when 5 are seated. I think it's best car under 10 lakhs which offers great looks, performance and comfort with low maintenance cost. Better to go for this then compact sedan and premium hatch for city dwellers.

Ciaz - Value for money

Servicing cost is a bit high. Pros: Looks, Space, Mileage. Cons: Steering wheel feels very heavy for top end model compared to other brands, Lamps are dull, you would need to replace them if you frequently drive on highways.

Luxury car in budget

I didn't buy it . But drive 1000 kilometer and that kind of comfort I found in this car, I never had. There is a lot of comfort and features loaded car and looks is luxurious and performance is rock and low maintenance and pocket friendly service. And best in looks wise and safety . In all maruti sedan . But one thing I never wanted is pickup is not up to the mark. This is the only con in the car.

Great car

The car is very spacious and the engine revs are really good the sound that this car makes is phenomenal it's really great to drive but a bit slow on the pick side when compared to a diesel engine the milage is just fine if you drive it on the highway it gives about 17-19 km/l while in the city it gives around 13-15 km/l.

A Best Fuel Economy Car....

The Design Was Out Dated, When Compared To Other Cars In This Segment And Also The Safety Measures Also Low At This Segment Range But There IsWell Space In Passenger Compartment For example The Head Room And Leg Room When Compared To Others In This Segment , It Loss Some Features Like Hill Assist and Tranction Control At this Segment But The Ride And Handling was Superb And Comfortness Also Very Well And The Fuel Economy Is Best When Compared To Other In This Segment....

Good chauffeur driven car

Buying experience: awesome, Maruti knows how to make things seamless for customer. Riding experience: very comfortable for passengers, can take bangalore roads with pride. Driving experience is mediocre. 4 speed auto gearbox is pathetic. Pushing the car to limits make noises, also the car should be more powerful. It sometimes feel underpowered. Looks: acceptable looks. Vento looks way better then ciaz. Ciaz is a size statement car. Looks good. But not all colour age well. Performance: 1.5L petrol AT is just okish. Blame goes to 4 speed torque converter unit. Its just slow compare to CVT and DSG. Very slow acceleration!! Handling: good stability till 120. The steering wheel is not that heavy in high speed. So confidence is avg. Servicing: best in class. Seamless channel.
