    MORE OF A BUYING EXPERIENCE I recently bought Verna SX (0) AT on 20th April from Koncept Hyundai. Green Park. Just after one day of driving I came to know that the head lights were defective.I immediately communicated it my sales manager Mr.G. Even after one week when there was no response from Koncept, I visited there showroom after fixing up with Mr.G (9999XXXXXX). As expected Mr.G was nowhere to be seen.

    One more gentleman (Mr.S-AM Sales 8750XXXXXX) promised me that the lights will be fixed in next 48 hours. Ideas like, you can always fix it in your first service were thrown at me. Then came Ms.M CRM (8750XXXXXX) who I called after 48 hours and falsely communicates with me that I have already sent you the mail and it will be taken care.The mail was actually sent after my call around 4 hours later. Then came Mr.R (9871XXXXXX) from Koncept service Okhla who takes trial of the vehicle and some long drawn test and without giving any answer whether the lights are alright or not walks away assuring that some body from Hyundai service GM will fix it.

    Yesterday again I got a call from Sunrise Hyundai fixing an appointment. But nobody turned up. I am still waiting for my lights after 15 days as I being a doctor by profession need to travel in the middle of the night for emergency handicapped. Finally the head light was replaced but the problem of focus is still persisting, as a knowledge by the mechanic.

    I am still waiting for any solution. Some more facts I want to put forward. The nameplates had come to the showroom but there was no communication from Koncept. The number plates were not fixed properly, it had to be removed and again fixed, shoddy job -The fastag which is compulsory as per govt. directive which I had paid for has not been given to me as yet.

    Nobody at the showroom had any idea about Cruise mode in the Verna model, an interesting answer I got was in Delhi traffic you can't actually use Cruise mode. The people at Koncept are only interested in selling cars Very disappointing after sales service. Will never recommend anybody to go for Koncept Beware of Mr.G, Mr.S and Ms.M Being a loyal customer of Hyundai I have i20 also, Big NO NO.
