      Please change the body, old creta's shape is well, and smart also, but new shape is very bad, this is my request, please change the body, at least change the front shape, this is my suggestion.

      Automatic transmission stopped working within a year time, after 16, 000 KM suddenly transmission stopped working. Hyundai cannot arrange spare parts after 1 week even its covered under warranty

      The overall good car would have been better if fuel efficiency can be improved along with back suspensions actually while seating on the rear sheet you didn't feel luxurious seating, feel an ordinary car type.

      I like Hyundai all Model.But my choice is Hyundai Creta, because it has good SUV look and features. Hyundai Creta DRL are very attractive and it has Panaromic sunroof.Hyundai Creta is a very safety car.

      Junior Avenue, the old Creta looks better than the New Creta. Also nofuel efficency. Kia gives Better features value for money. CRETA old offers Better value for money. Suspension is very bouncy. Not fit for City drive. Horrible suspension both Creta and Kia. AC is good. Take a test drive before buying

    • Don't Buy new Create, No spare-parts available with Hyundai

      I got new Create 2020 and has an accident on 25th June and since then its 40 days and its in the workshop and Hyundai Motors don't have the spare parts to repair it. Please don't buy Hyundai car ever they have a very poor customer care, there area manager Mr Bhupendra Pratap doesn't even know the ETA for spare parts delivery. I sometimes feel if I ever bought a new car or not. Please don't buy a new Creta.

      Overall good product but its not value for money quotient is missing and s varient for onroad 17lakhs do not get even the alloy wheels. Also every hyundai dealers are eating extra 20 k for insurance + 5K for rto handling fees. Also during the claims hyundai sold insurance buyers are need pay 30% of claim money.

      Car is good looking and attractive thus purchased the E manual but getting regret now on. It misses lot of safety and convinces features. Engine performance is not enough, lot of downshift and day by day it looks like engine is getting poor. You pay a huge amount onroad for this but you don't get what you deserve, suggest alternative who wanna buy this. Mileage is also an issue everyone facing. Too away from what Hyundai claims. I tried everything, I am not a rough driver and keeps car within economical limits and good smooth drives but still mileage is hardly 8-9 kmpl. You get bulky SUV but not an luxury and a powerful car. 1.5 ltr petrol engine is not for you if you want smooth comfortable ride.
