      Well I recently bought a new Honda City Invoices and pictures attached. Due to short of time and busy schedule I just had a quick peep in Honda website which was really impressive and it took no time to convince me to buy Honda car. But it took me by surprise that even after buying THE TOP END FULLY LOADED CAR it had a lower grade Music system without touch panel and without GPS navigation system which was a highlight in your website. Also there were no Reverse sensors. Why even give Camera then? When we are ready to spend 13.5 Lacs we can even give few grands extra for these facilities which are Must and very Important for car safety and Navigation. I called upon my car dealer and he was surprised and later he came with a negative response saying this is only in non automatic Model. I was not satisfied and then I called upon Mr. Sujit Kumar who was looking after my vehicle sales he gave the same reply and he suggested if I change the system on extra cost the vehicle would loose it's warranty. Still shocked and really do not understand why such a reputed company like Honda would do such a cost cutting or take their Customers for a Ride.

    • Honda - The biggest cheat and the dishonest company

      Exterior Acceptable overall.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good for inner space.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Crackling noise from the engine cranck. Defective car was sold by the cheat dealer DELIGHT HONDA DELHI. The dishonest company is supporting the cheat dealer. My innumerable complaints have been ignored by the company. (Comp no. 1-4176033032).

      Ride Quality & Handling Bad position of driver seat.

      Final Words Absolutely not value for money mainly due to the pathetic after sales service and the arrogant behaviour of the company employees. Company does not take any action on the cheat dealers. If your car develops a fault then you are gone into hell. The company is not going to intervene in any case. You will have to wander here and there like a beggar to get the fault rectified. I am a sufferer of cheating at the hands of DELIGHT HONDA DELHI, who sold a defective city to me for 11 lacs. The car developed a crackling noise from engine crank on second day of the purchase. My 41 mails and 20 odd calls have been ignored by HONDA company. Registered letters to the CEO of HONDA INDIA and HONDA JAPAN are also thrown into oblivion.

      I would suggest the car buyers to stay away from HONDA cars for the sake of their hard earned money and the peace of mind.

    • AVN finish is a great disappountment

      Areas of improvement AVN is a good option compared to vx but not thought of givng same way of operatioal ports as lower version instead of cables in dashboard which is full of wires. ipad pin is the older version and not giver latest small pin.

      If you want to change the USB drive everytime you have to open the dash board. the storage space is sopiled because of wires ocupying it. 

      Videos will not play in the avn and says watching while driving is against saftey standards. i dont think honda is the only company who thought driver watches the vedios and not thought of people who are sitting have to get bored and should stop the vehicle to watch the vedio. 

      Overall Experience

      Not satisfied with the extra price paid for the AVN should have given good finish if they should have thought of giving them as older version.
