This is my first car and the buying experience was good and the car is ultimate while coming to its riding capability it's the beast in its segment not only great performance but the polo has its own unique style and Volkswagen service is bit higher compared to the others cars but you get what you pay for. I love my polo Highline plus diesel more than me. Its an awesome car which gives me secure feel and luxury. The body is extremely powerful full and superb quality. Braking is no.1 even you are riding at top gear. ABS is 100% Interior materials are simply awesome. The dashboard and seats are perfect. I am completely satisfied with my car. The mileage of my variant is unbelievable. Company assure that 20.4 per ltr. But I got 26 per litre. Even though I have little unsatisfied things too. There is no lighting at dicky and for the back seat. It's little conjusted for lrg space at back seat passengers. For my variant, the hand rest is not a satisfied one. The design and the material used on it, not good. But I can tolerate bad things with satisfying things. It's a no.1 car in this segment.

The best ever car when compared to other fast-moving brands in India. The reason behind the best is simple its a german made and the quality and comfort and the speed when we goes up to 200km/hr even we don't feel that much and car don't even shake that's the best and comfort I have seen in this car......not even a new car in other brands could not be like this I bought this in second hand even though I am really happy and satisfied with this car.

1. I bought 2014 polo 1.5 tdi Highline from procarz Bangalore buying experience was worst their service is really pathetic and they charge a very high price and they claim its non-accidental even if the car has gone through a major accident. My cars Clutch plate was gone to a certain extent but they dint bother to replace it. My car had run 55k when I purchased. 2. Ride and handling is superb it's very good. It has eps(electric power steering) it's light enough to handle in the city but weighs up brilliantly on the highway and the ride quality is awesome. It's neither very stiff nor to soft 3. Polo's design is timeless and it looks very good even though it's a very old design and even interior design is the simple and very good build quality is top class buying a used car and after driving 37k Kms there is absolutely no rateels and I have driven pretty roughly. Space at the rear is very limited it's meant for 4 people and it's a car ment for youth. Performance from 1.5 tdi engine is awesome. There is absolutely no turbo lag and after 2000 rpm it pushes you back to the seat. If you drive it sedately it will reward you with pretty good mileage. I am getting a Milage between 17-17.5kmpl in the city and 20-21 kmpl in highways which is awesome for a 1.5 ltr Diesel engine (90 bhp engine not gt). 4. I do agree that the Polo is bit expensive to maintain compared to its competitors but it offers superior quality parts. And vw uses 5w40 fully synthetic oil because of which servicing is very expensive. But u need to service your car 15k Kms or 1 year whichever is earlier. In my city the after-sales service is not very good. Pros : 1. Awsome performance 2. Superb build quality 3. Excellent dynamics 4. Good fuel economy 5. Unique features Cons : 1. Rear seat space. 2. Simple features like boot lamp, electric folding orvms and internal boot release button are given a miss. 3. Ac is powerful but Ford's ac is better. 4. Volkswagen after-sales service 5. Diesel engine is slightly noisy Conclusion. Polo is a great car meant for a small family. Before buying any used car please check the car properly along with trusted Mechanic

Volkswagen Polo is my favourite car in my life.I bought this in 2018, I was wondering about its performance and maintenance. This car Exterior look was mind-blowing stronger body it has, interior design also marvellous I can say. when we talk about mileage it will give 17to 20 km per lit. when I was driving it I was enjoying a lot. Overall experience with Polo was awesome I can give 5 out of 5.
