I bought this car (supper white color) in December' 2019, I have been using this car since then, already covered 38000 km. I made multiple long drive with this car, three times I made long stretch of 1200 km through NH-16 expressway highway, early morning to night no halt except for food, believe me I don't feel tried even after entire long stretch. Good millage and well balance car. I am really enjoying this car since last 4 years. Regarding service, I spend 12K for oil and filter change that to once in a year, otherwise Rs 1200 for general checkup. Now I am planning to upgrade to alloy wheel for good looking, not sure if it will impact on performance. The best part is the supper smooth clutch and power of climbing up, it will not pull you back while stop and move while in upward climb.

One year ago I purchased a comfortable beast i.e Innova Crysta. The car has outstanding performance with diesel rocket engine. I experience that comfort is next level in the car.crysta is best in terms of looks design, a perfect MPV is called crysta.The feel of driving Innova is fun. Till the present since purchase, even a single day Innova does not hasitate me for service.my car is Eveready to take any trip without a single problem of starting. I appreciate Toyota to make this level of reliability.

The driving experience is superb. Value for money I am planning to buy my personal car as an Innova Crysta in the year 2023.

For ages, the Innova / Crysta has been the most preferable and reliable MPV when it comes to the 7 or 8-seater segment. It is continuously being at the top for its reliable performance, after-sales service network, also by well-known and reputed house from Toyota. It is a well-preferred and suitable MPV for Indian road conditions with its massive, robust, superior build quality, it's unmatched engine performance and most comfortable long drives without anybody's stress. It has all the key points like a big and airy cabin, a good amount of head room and leg room in the second row, decent in the 3rd row, best suited for children and up to 5'7" adults, practically arranged AC vents at the roof, decent luggage space at the rear. In terms of the looks decent from all sides, but when it comes to the interior it has a few minor flaws the dashboard looks not a premium match to that kind of vehicle, no auto dim irvm, and no vanity mirror on both sun shades in the base levels, the seats could be better and lack of premium practicality, etc. merits: very well designed and equipped in majority aspects, good value for money and reliability, high stability on road at 3digit speeds, good body balance, etc. The engine noise can be heard inside the cabin, infotainment system, slight body roll, etc.
