    • ENGINE PROBLEM JUST 1500 KM DRIVEN

      Another issue happened with in 1500 kms So i wrote email below now decide ur own experience This is regards to my new TATA Nexon XMS-D purchased on 19-dec-2020 But now its 1500 kms driven but vehicle got break down with a symbol ENGINE CHECK where it gets off suddenly in middle if the road, agreed that your customer relation people say ita some issue will resolve but isnt it a manufacturing defect and the impression of customers doest matter at all? From the day one of delivery im facing issues one or the other way if you can check my complaints about below chassi vehicle I also know the formal reply on this from you saying we will resolve but i am really disappointed because engine gets off with a new vehicle how a customers feel about trust in TATA never i will advise or now has love on my car even after correction Only way me as a customer will feel good if the vehicle is replaced that wont happen why cost its cost to company and you wont care actual problems which can only be seen on your Boucher... Invoices or welcome book notes saying Happy to serve customers

    • Poor Quality with 5 star rating tag line

      We bought brand new top model Nexon. The wiper came out on the next day itself and they came and fixed it. ( No proper PDA happens). When car was parked it start to horn and service guys came and replaced front and back door. Now we noticed while it not in running mode and we turn on AC it give vibration on specific wave format, it is in service station in a month. Very poor QA by Tata Motors.5 star safety in service station is complete useless.

      Bought 3 months ago and honestly speaking not found any issue till now, it has a premium exterior look, and a giant space inside, and mileage of 17-18 is OK for me as can't compromise with safety as it received 5* in global ncp rating. A premium SUV and Nexon selling rate has increased by 138% in July, thumps up for this beast. Just go for it guys

      It's all started 2 months before when I started searching for a hatchback with a budget of 6 to 7 Lakh on-road Bangalore so stretched my budget little more to 9 Lakhs and made my mind to go for compact SUV which is in trend nowadays but I was afraid of mileage and maintenance. Started research on YouTube and vehicles portal which was informative but still, it will not completely solve your doubts. Started Visiting Showrooms to personally check the by hand experience then I came to know that u won't get the required safety and feature in my budget until I visited TATA Showroom. Listed below vehicles which I took a test drive Hyundai Venue- Ford ecosport Kia Sonet Suzuki Brezza Xuv 300 TATA Nexon -Last one to try. Finally Purchased Nexon as Below points will gain upon another brand. 1. Only vehicle which has all safety features from the base model. 2.Only vehicle with Turbocharged Petrol engine from the base variant. 3.Only vehicle with sunroof under 10 lakh budget. 4.First Indian Car with 5 Star safety ratings. 5. Confidence when u put your are hands-on nexon starring is unexplainable. 6.Close and open the doors of Nexon then do the same in other brand vehicles u will understand the toughness and the strength of the Nexon as other vehicles feel hollow. 7.Last but not least, Nexon 2020 Looks and space is awesome compared to its rivals. Just got 1st Service done with good experience and cost me nothing. Still, No Cons observed after driving around 2k Kms for 2 Months. Have not written anything on buying experience as all showroom personnel will behave nicely as everyone need's sales. Above written is all based on my personal view and experience. Thank you TATA.

    • Lag while gear shifts in automatic models.

      I love almost everything about my Nexon except the 2 cons I mentioned below. The Pros of the cars are It's spacious for both row seaters. Its AC is something that every friend of mine complimented. Its finishing is good. Boot space and ground clearance are too good as compared to its rivals. While let's have a look into its Cons: 1. Driving the automatic model also makes you feel you are driving the manual car and it can be felt when the gear changes. If you haven't driven any other automatic cars then probably you will not be able to judge this, but if you did then this is something you will hate and this is one of the major cons it has I would say because when overtaking any vehicle in highway and the gears change it creates a lag which bring down your confidence while overtaking. while this can be overcome not fully but a little bit by changing to sport mode before overtaking but yes you will still feel the lag. 2. It's an infotainment system, paying 14.6 lakh for this car and you are still getting a small screen apart from that you cannot play youtube, you cannot run maps without plugging the USB cable, that means there is wireless android auto or wireless apple car play is missing, which I guess bring injustice to the amount you pay.

      Faced three times stating problems, on 13 Aug CRM promised me to handover the car after rectification on 14 aug and denied assurance letter. Harassed mentally and financially and continue till date.

      Only drawback it's a Tata product. Go for the Diesel if ur drive more than 500 kms even if you have to opt lower variants. Brezza is a dull boy, the venue is chocolate Chinese hero. Xuv300 made for people loving heaven. Sonet foolish space management, after initial euphoria it will nosedive. For muscular Indian men nexon is the perfect companion

      Car stopped working on the 3rd day after delivery showing engine locked symbol. Towed the car to TASS and the car is with them for 21st day. After 1 week of their hit and try, they have found out the issue with key set. Waited for another week to get the new keyset to arrive. After replacing the keyset, the issue still persisted.

      I bought Tata Nexon XMA-S model petrol automatic car. very much strange that company provide only one remote key, Very much surprised Besides this issue this is the best car. Value for money. I would like to complain about this to Tata Cars. it's not acceptable at all after paying 12 lakh you get only 1 key Remote .

      After having driving 16 used cars from different brands from the year 2000 my First NEW car at the age of 39 was a TATA NEXON ..Diesel variant ...being in Goa the Tata sales network is not great..yet I got my test drive. I had fallen I love with the Nexon the moment the teasers were out online ..it was. Unique and Tata motors got a new life all because if Nexon. I was amazed how they came of their lethargic previous experiences into truly a fascinating one with the Nexon ..I have been driving the Nexon for last 2.5 years have clicked whopping 64000 kms It's still the Beast and had everything a driver needs ..most of all SAFETY. Service is pretty reasonable as compared to even MS but again the Goa service network and it's presentation is poor..they are getting it but surely it's just ok. ( Service) But thanks to TATA I am a proud owner. being Indian.its my Pride.
