I am driving ciaz automatic from last 1.5 years and clocked 30,000 kms. Till now I am not facing any serious issues, it running smooth on uneven roads and cabin is silent enough.
As for mileage it give with ac around 12-13.5 and without ac 15-16.5 in delhi traffic.
Only negative point is its body and plastic parts quality are cheap and rest OK.
