This car is superb and good mileage. More than I expected. Its compact yet specious. Good interior with Great AC performance and very nice infotainment system with good connectivity to Android. Buying experience was not pleasent at all in Sanjay Hyundai at Pune. Service and maintenance was also poor by Hyundai.

Nice car and economical and very easy to drive, the string is so smooth and it has a central lock. The entertainment display is very nice and has a good touch facility .this car is perfect for hill driving it has strong pull power.

I think Santro is a very nice car in his segment. It is a complete family car. Its drive is so smooth and comfortable. And it's features like sound system rear ac is too good. So Santro is a best option.

My first family car The Hyundai Santro Xing GL! What a Car it is, undoubtedly the best in its segment. There are tons of emotions attached with me to this car. Bought the All New Santro 2018-2020 BSIV Sportz trim in June 2019 after selling our old Santro. And man oh man! What an upgrade it is. Feels refreshing, charming and feature rich too. The buying experience was very good, the salesperson was very polite as well as our servicing was done without any issues at all. Talking about riding experience, it is good in terms of city drivability and it soaks up the bumps and potholes pretty well. On the highways, yes you can feel that the car is a bit unstable considering its weight. In terms of looks well its subjective, some might like some might not. I personally didn't like the front fascia of Santro at the launch but when I saw it with my eyes, it was okay like neither phenomenal nor worst. Performance is good too by the 1.1L Epsilon Petrol engine. I wish the power could be more around like 75Ps as the WagonR offers 82PS with its 1.2L K10 Petrol. In 1st gear pickup is good, 2nd gear there is a bit of lag but past 2500 RPM, it shows it's performance at its best. The most shocking bit is that this car gives me more mileage as per the claimed mileage by Hyundai i.e 20.3 km/l. I get around 18kmpl in city (without AC) and 24 km/l in highway. If we turn on the AC, there is a bit lag in performance and you could literally feel it while driving the car but that is expected at this price point. Pros:- 1. Good Handling and Performance 2. Good Fuel Economy (more than expected) 3. No panel gaps, plastics are of good quality 4. Premium interiors 5. Spacious, good for tall passengers 7. AC is powerful 6. A practical city car Cons:- 1. Unsatisfactory ergonomics (power window switches, no auto intermittent for wiper) 2. Too much cost cutting (no door lock switch, no steering or seat height adjust, no headrest, hell even the Hyundai logo in steering is blacked out) 3. No Alloy wheels even on the top trim i.e almost 7 lakh rupees. 4. At 2 stars NCAP, it could have improve its build quality.

I have a Sportz model..Its wonderful budget family car.engine is more smooth compare to others like tiago.wagonr.celerio.mileage is so good ebg.21kmpl.The audio system creates the trip so enjoy full. its boot space is sufficient for a little happy family..Ground clearance 165mm..its make a happy journey in the village or bad condition road..

Noise problem while driving on singal road where having some small particulate which make unwanted sound hyundai motor should be attention about this problem. Sound and multimedia profile are good. Seat make desirable feel. Interior is good which is best in class. Good build quality.in poler white Policing is not good i think.

Car is very good but now it is time for Hyundai to give facelift for Santro by give more sporty look which is trending in young buyers and 1.2 engine to face competition with new cars specifically with it's own i10 nios.

Best car in this segment . Santro is a perfect family car. Safety features, exterior, interior drive, comfort zone etc. all thing is fabulous in this car. I like this car and suggest to all for buy this car.

I purchased the new Santro Sportz manual car in pre-launching stage by booking. I had I10 for the last 9 years and having experienced it we decided to go for new Santo. The negative points I noticed are as under. 1. The seats are faulty. Both, me and my wife aging 72 and 68 are having sciatica type pain in left leg since we started using the car. The company should rectify this fault and should help us by exchanging the front seats. 2. The power window buttons are placed at an inconvenient place. 3. Fuel economy is not good. In city driving I get about 12 to 13 km per litre. 4. The sensors are faulty. 5. The remote is also very primitive. It should have audio support and should also have automatic licking after some time. 6. The button which controls the external air doesn't glow in dark and has to be found out by touch.
