I had purchased a new grand i10 magna and driven only 13000 km. One day while I was driving a car, I heard some noise from the engine. I took the car to the authorized service centre. They made us sit for 3 hours and could not identify the problem. Then i took the car to the other service center where they inspected the engine and declared that the car has an engine failure and given estimation for Rs.1 lakh .
I am surprised that a car with excellent maintenance had an engine failure. All the services have been carried out at authorized service centre only but still I had this problem
