1. Buying experience is ok
2. Driving experience is good
3. Interiors & exterior looks good, performance is ok
4. Service need to be done
5. Overall good compared to rivals MG hector plus(china-all the features are same to alcazar), TATA safari(India-over price with less features, only build quality, expected 4*4), XUV500(need to facelift).
