It is a fun vehicle to drive but passenger comfort wasn't great for me personally. It is too overpriced when compared to competitors like Verna. The main reason is that South Korea has an FTA with India hence they are able to provide cars at a much cheaper price however considering all the features that are there in Verna, the cost of production of Verna would have been much higher than Virtus yet Virtus is more expensive due to higher import duty. If anyone is considering buying Virtus I would highly recommend them to at least consider Verna once. Also, the after sales service of Volkswagen is horrible in IndiaRating parameters(out of 5)4
