Bought the car on Sep 10, 2023, in 4 months covering 17,000 Km. Was a Diesel Vento user before, and have made up my mind to get used to CVT, in the city the performances are adequate, but on highways we have to forget about quick overtakes. City mileage will be a burden on your pockets -8 to 10 KMPL, but highway consumption will depend upon your driving style, quite a light foot and maintaining 90 to 100 will give you 14 to 16 KMPL.

The Interior could have been better, but driving comfort is good, eV is limited, the millage is around 16 in the city and the highway mix but still good but the quality of the interior and cabin light is very good, eV is limited, the millage is around 16 in the city and highway.

Spacious luxurious smooth driving experience on city roads as well as on highways too good and spacious boot space it has a lot of upgraded features compared to the previous SUV great large and luxurious car.

Zx and ZX(O) variant does not have 8 seater. If it is there means will give 4 star rating this vehicle! Spending this much amount, they must also include 8 seater option to this vehicle

very good car, the most comfortable vehicle, value for money variant. Toyota is an emotion brand that provides the most powerful engines and body. The quality of car colors i very good. I was most impressed with car lighting which gives good clarity of vision while travelling.

The driving experience is an extremely good, smooth, and comfortable ride on rough roads, grip on the road is too god, effective braking system, a silent engine, spacious cabin, few features are missing in comparison to competition with other manufacturers in the same segment as well as in SUV segment too, etc.

Overall best car, value for money. I am really very impressed with this car. Power full engine and Feel smooth driving. power the full car for a compact or big family. The fuel efficiency of such a big car is very good.

This is a serious concern and unacceptable from such premium vehicle. They promised software update soon No rain sensing wiper (Not a big issue but surprised to miss) Wheels could have been better with less arch gap Servicing experience is not so great till now but yet to try other dealers

Honestly, I am a great fan of Toyota engine and almost all of their vehicles so far (both in India and as well as in Malaysia). In fact, I had driven this Toyota Hycross vehicle both at the showroom and then for a day from a close friend. Basis which when I went to book the vehicle they ended up refusing to take the bookings even a few days before. I felt so sad that such a big Automobile Company has such a poor inventory system or Production line. Because the waiting period is for more than 26 months they openly refusing reliable and loyal customers. In fact, I had booked the VX (O) considering their unavailability on the ZX (O) product line and paid the booking amount, however, their Sales started scaring me whether I can get it in 2 years or not. With this kind of a body language, I ended up cancelling the vehicle booking almost forcefully... I wish someone from the Toyota HO goes through my write-up. I have heard that they tried to increase their production line by 30%, however, it shows a Reactive attitude instead of a Proactive one. Never expected such lousy and unchallenged behaviour from such an Automobile Giant. Alas...
