Despite decent build quality, the vehicle falls short of Toyota's renowned standards. The pricing for the features provided is excessive. While the hybrid system is commendable for fuel efficiency in this class of SUV, the interior styling doesn't appeal to me. I still prefer the Crysta's driving characteristics and overall interior refinement.

Pros: Very spacious inside, use of interference is good. Boot space is great, and comfortable for large families or even families with dogs. Captain seats give a lot of room to move around. The only con is the mileage is lesser compared to the promised one.

It is a hundred percent value for the money but lacks a few features and quality features such as the 360-degree camera could have offered a better quality, the infotainment system could be of better quality. End of the day it's a Toyota, meant for reliability. It does great with driving and has no faults or quirks in daily use. Maintenance is easy and cost-friendly. Toyota's service is unmatched, the service center never disappointed me in the past few years.

The driving experience is an extremely good, smooth, and comfortable ride on rough roads, grip on the road is too god, effective braking system, a silent engine, spacious cabin, few features are missing in comparison to competition with other manufacturers in the same segment as well as in SUV segment too, etc.

Overall best car, value for money. I am really very impressed with this car. Power full engine and Feel smooth driving. power the full car for a compact or big family. The fuel efficiency of such a big car is very good.

This is a serious concern and unacceptable from such premium vehicle. Honestly, I am a great fan of Toyota engine and almost all of their vehicles so far (both in India and as well as in Malaysia). In fact, I had driven this Toyota Hycross vehicle both at the showroom and then for a day from a close friend. Basis which when I went to book the vehicle they ended up refusing to take the bookings even a few days before. I felt so sad that such a big Automobile Company has such a poor inventory system or Production line. Because the waiting period is for more than 26 months they openly refusing reliable and loyal customers. In fact, I had booked the VX (O) considering their unavailability on the ZX (O) product line and paid the booking amount, however, their Sales started scaring me whether I can get it in 2 years or not. With this kind of a body language, I ended up cancelling the vehicle booking almost forcefully... I wish someone from the Toyota HO goes through my write-up. I have heard that they tried to increase their production line by 30%, however, it shows a Reactive attitude instead of a Proactive one. Never expected such lousy and unchallenged behaviour from such an Automobile Giant. Alas...

Overall the car is excellent considering driving, performance, comfort etc. There is a slight chance of improvement in the interior finishing.
