- Toyato hycross with high end end features...
The "Why I Bought It" Moment Living in Chennai, you need a car that handles two things: the brutal summer heat and the unpredictable city traffic. I needed a 7-seater that didn't feel like a tank but drove like a dream. After comparing it to everything in the segment, the Hycross Hybrid won my heart (and my wallet) the moment I saw that panoramic sunroof. A Silent Warrior The most "prize-worthy" feature of this car is the Strong Hybrid engine. Starting the car in the morning is eerie—it’s silent! It stays in EV mode while I’m navigating the narrow lanes of Manali New Town, saving fuel before I even hit the main road. While my friends complain about their SUVs giving 8 kmpl in T. Nagar traffic, my Hycross is consistently delivering 18.5 kmpl. On a recent trip to Bangalore, it was a cruising machine—planted, powerful, and incredibly efficient. Comfort & Style The Ottoman Life: My family calls the middle row the business Class Lounge. The powered leg rests are a game-changer for long trips. The ventilated seats and the dual-zone climate control are mandatory for Chennai’s 40°C days. The cabin cools down faster than it takes to find a parking spot at Phoenix Mall! The SUV-like stance gives it a massive road presence. It doesn’t look like a typical MUV anymore; it looks like a premium powerhouse. The Innova Hycross isn't just a car; it’s an investment in peace of mind. Toyota’s reliability, combined with futuristic hybrid tech, makes it the king of the road. If you want a vehicle that treats your family like royalty and your fuel budget with respect, this is it.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)4Exterior

About the ReviewerPurchase UsedDriven ForUnder 500 km121 - Toyota Innova
Bought the car on Sep 10, 2023, in 4 months covering 17,000 Km. Was a Diesel Vento user before, and have made up my mind to get used to CVT, in the city the performances are adequate, but on highways we have to forget about quick overtakes. City mileage will be a burden on your pockets -8 to 10 KMPL, but highway consumption will depend upon your driving style, quite a light foot and maintaining 90 to 100 will give you 14 to 16 KMPL.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)4Exterior

About the ReviewerPurchase Used1814 - Need some advice from fellow Team-BHP members regarding a very unpleasant new-car delivery experience.Need some advice from fellow Team-BHP members regarding a very unpleasant new-car delivery experience. I purchased a brand-new Toyota Innova HyCross ZX from **Toyota Tsusho Bharat Motor Private Limited (Bharath Toyota), 25, Chord Road, Opposite ISKCON Temple, Yeshwanthpur Industrial Suburb, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru – 560022**. The delivery was scheduled for **17 June**. My family and I went to the dealership to take delivery of the car, which was fully paid for and, as per my records, had already been registered in my name in May 2026. However, during the delivery process, I noticed **two defects on the vehicle – a dent on the RH rear door and a paint chip mark on the RH rear quarter panel**. I immediately refused to accept delivery of the vehicle. The dealership admitted that the damage had occurred during movement of the vehicle within the showroom premises and stated that it was unintentional. However, this explanation has only raised further concerns for me. If it was accidental, how did a brand-new, undelivered vehicle end up with two separate defects? More importantly, what level of care and supervision was exercised over a customer's fully paid vehicle before delivery? The dealership's proposed solution is to **repair one defect and replace the damaged door**. Frankly, I find this completely unacceptable. I did not sign up to purchase a vehicle that requires dent repairs and replacement of body panels even before its first delivery. I paid for a brand-new, defect-free vehicle and expected to receive exactly that. To make matters worse, while I was recording the condition of the vehicle on my phone for my own records, a dealership staff member allegedly threatened to grab my phone, stating that I did not have permission to record videos in the delivery bay. The entire incident caused significant distress, embarrassment, and mental agony to me and my family. What should have been one of the happiest occasions for us turned into an extremely unpleasant experience. It has now been **six days since I refused delivery**, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no concrete timeline or resolution. The dealership has repeatedly stated that the matter is "under review with management" and that they are trying to resolve it amicably. I have also been continuously writing to Toyota's Guest Experience Center (VOC) and speaking to them over the phone. However, apart from forwarding my concerns back to the dealership and remaining copied on the email trail, there has been no visible escalation, intervention, or guidance from Toyota India. Meanwhile, the dealership continues to provide the same response that the matter is "under review." The vehicle remains in the dealership's custody, and I have not consented to any repair, rectification, movement, or alteration of the vehicle. I would genuinely appreciate the community's advice on the following: 1. Would you accept repairs and replacement of a body panel on a brand-new car before its first delivery? 2. Has anyone faced a similar situation with Toyota or another manufacturer? 3. Is it reasonable to expect a replacement vehicle or some other remedy in such circumstances? 4. What would be the best course of action from here, especially given the delay and the complete loss of trust in this dealership? I bought the car based on Toyota's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer experience. Unfortunately, this entire episode has seriously shaken my confidence in both the dealership and the brand experience. Any guidance from fellow members would be greatly appreciated.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)5

I have driven close to 10,000 km so far, and every drive has been a pleasure. The driving comfort and ride quality are excellent, making both city commutes and long highway journeys effortless. I absolutely love my Hycross for its smooth performance, spacious interiors, and refined driving experience. The cabin comfort, stability at high speeds, and overall reliability truly stand out, making it a perfect family car as well as a great companion for long trips. About the ReviewerPurchase NewDriven ForOver 500 km82 - Car enthusiastDespite decent build quality, the vehicle falls short of Toyota's renowned standards. The pricing for the features provided is excessive. While the hybrid system is commendable for fuel efficiency in this class of SUV, the interior styling doesn't appeal to me. I still prefer the Crysta's driving characteristics and overall interior refinement.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)4

About the ReviewerPurchase Used56 - Toyota Hycross value for money productIt is a hundred percent value for the money but lacks a few features and quality features such as the 360-degree camera could have offered a better quality, the infotainment system could be of better quality. End of the day it's a Toyota, meant for reliability. It does great with driving and has no faults or quirks in daily use. Maintenance is easy and cost-friendly. Toyota's service is unmatched, the service center never disappointed me in the past few years.Rating Parameters(Out of 5)3
