Innova Hycross Price in Coimbatore

It has been 2 years since i took delivery of my Toyota Innova Hycross ZX(0) and my commute is 80% in city and 20% in highway and i enjoy the car since the hybrid tech is new to me and i try to compete with it by trying to run it in full EV mode as much as possible, my wife gets bugged out though on why i always try to keep the speed limit :) So here are a few pros and cons that I have noticed over the 29k+ kms I have run on it. The first con is that cost-cutting is evident all over the car; there is no illumination for most of the switches (window switches, reading lamp switches, sunroof control, etc). For the price that is offered, it really is a letdown. Secondly the fuel meter is never accurate or predictable and puts us in panic mode, to ellaborate it - shows half tank full and drives a few kms and when we turn it off and on again it drops below empty and shows as to refill and vice versa (this can be especially frustrating when there are multiple drivers and no one knows when it was last refilled or do they need to refill since the needle is faulty). multiple complaints have been made, but the service centre says it is an issue with all Toyota Innova Hycross owners. The ADAS keeps kicking in LDA in the city, and it pushes you into the lane pretty harshly when you least expect it. there is no way to turn it off permanently, and you have to do it every time you start the car. The headlights do well in the city, but you question if it is on in the highway(Toyota seems to have fixed it now, as per the blog I read). Not a highway car if you are pushy and the road and engine noise easily penetrated into the cabin (as much so that people ask you what that "noise"). Needs Lumbar support as the seat causes back pain to anyone who drives 4+ hours. okay, enough with the cons, I already bought the car, so on with the good stuff. Hybrid, being a new concept in India, has everyone curious about why the car is so silent at low speeds, and you start to sound all techy when you explain to them how it charges itself on slow speeds and uses that energy for fuel efficiency. The car is extremely efficient in the city, and you get anywhere from 17-18kmpl or sometimes more in a moderate traffic setup. (Though this figure drops badly on the highway, a neat trick is to find the soft spot between the battery and engine and keep it steady, and you might get 14-15 on the highway). The chassis is fantastic for an Innova, and the driving proportions are great for a car of its size..My parents love the chauffeur experience, and my mom loves the ottoman seats (which are only usable to it's potential if you are 5ft or under). The car feels dependable, and you are confident that it can drive many miles solidly. so to summarise it, the Hycross is good for anyone who has a lot of commuting within the city (plus occasional outstation trips) and likes to be chauffeured around.

The buying experience was amazing. Driving this car on highways is well enough. The looks are stunning. It is rugged and looks like a Hilux. Maintenance for this car ranges it's reasonable. No pros and cons everything is ok for an family.

Zx and ZX(O) variant does not have 8 seater. If it is there means will give 4 star rating this vehicle! Spending this much amount, they must also include 8 seater option to this vehicle

I have driven close to 10,000 km so far, and every drive has been a pleasure. The driving comfort and ride quality are excellent, making both city commutes and long highway journeys effortless. I absolutely love my Hycross for its smooth performance, spacious interiors, and refined driving experience. The cabin comfort, stability at high speeds, and overall reliability truly stand out, making it a perfect family car as well as a great companion for long trips. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle and thoroughly enjoy every journey in it.

Despite decent build quality, the vehicle falls short of Toyota's renowned standards. The pricing for the features provided is excessive. While the hybrid system is commendable for fuel efficiency in this class of SUV, the interior styling doesn't appeal to me. I still prefer the Crysta's driving characteristics and overall interior refinement.

Pros: Very spacious inside, use of interference is good. Boot space is great, and comfortable for large families or even families with dogs. Captain seats give a lot of room to move around. The only con is the mileage is lesser compared to the promised one.

It is a hundred percent value for the money but lacks a few features and quality features such as the 360-degree camera could have offered a better quality, the infotainment system could be of better quality. End of the day it's a Toyota, meant for reliability. It does great with driving and has no faults or quirks in daily use. Maintenance is easy and cost-friendly. Toyota's service is unmatched, the service center never disappointed me in the past few years.
