    I am an unfortunate Renault Duster car owner. I pity my fate of having selected this vehicle for my family. I had a clutch burn out problem in the month of July 2018. I had just completed forty thousand kilometers at that time. I was told that this was normal for a Renault duster and that I have to replace both the parts. My vehicle was serviced entirely at my cost saying that this was the drivers problem driving in heavy traffic. but I drive two more vehicles..a hyundai santro which is a 2008 model and a maruti wagon R which is a 2012 model. Both of the vehicles are running well with no clutch issues till date. I replaced both the clutch and flywheel together in July 2018. Now to my total horror...only three months after the service and replacement (Costing me nearly eighty thousand rupees)...The vehicle again broke down with no clutch play at all...in the middle of the road on the 30th of September 2018 just after three months of service...I had been driving extremely carefully after the initial bad experience with your car...still I have this situation in just three months.???? I sent the vehicle to Renault Service Center Nettoor kochi and they told me that the clutch and flywheel have burnt out again....in a short time of six thousand kilometers...??!! They told me that Renault Duster car has this problem... I complained in the Renault toll free number three days back ( my reference number is 40568414) The Renault toll free complaint centre people were a big joke and they have not even bothered to call the service center to know the details. Nobody seems to care and your company's reputation seems to be zero...judging by the irresponsible responses. I am not asking you any favour here. I need the parts to be replaced at company cost. Else I am going to complain in consumer court and send the details in public forums and social media. I need justice for a faulty vehicle. REPLACE THE FAULTY CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL TOGETHER AT YOUR COMPANY'S EXPENSES. NO MORE RENAULT CARS IN A LIFETIME FOR ANYONE RELATED TO ME.
