Sonet Price in Jalgaon

I've bought Kia sonet HTX IMT diesel in Aug 2023. Driving experience was good untill recently when my car started showing the engine light warning. I had to visit the showroom 7-8 times to get it diagnosed properly; they couldn't identify the defect. DPF filter found burnt, my car was at the showroom for one month to replace the filter, don't know why they took it so long. Also, my car's AC cooling coil was leaking. Both of these were manufacturing defects; they did cover the cost of equipments which was around 1.6 lakh, but they charged me for AC gas and diesel which I think was unfair because both of them were manufacturing defects. And not to mention the hardships caused by all this for almost 6 months. I had to visit the showroom at least twice a month for the period.

After experiencing its performance, this car deserves applause! What an amazing car it is. It wouldn’t be inaccurate to say this version of SONET is best in class, the only thing which they can improve is its comfort, which isn’t that bad I say, coming to its service cost and maintenance, that is minimal. My feedback for the service center is not very good, anyways it depends from person to person.

I bought the Kia Sonet expecting a comfortable and tech-friendly car, but honestly, it hasn’t lived up to the hype. The first and biggest issue is comfort. The suspension is quite stiff, and you feel almost every bump on bad roads. City driving itself becomes tiring, and long drives are even worse. The seats look premium but lack proper cushioning, especially for the thighs. Rear seat comfort is poor, and three adults at the back feel cramped very quickly. The ADAS features were another major disappointment. On paper, they sound impressive, but in real Indian traffic conditions, they don’t work smoothly. Sometimes the warnings are too sensitive and annoying, and other times they fail to react when you actually expect them to. Instead of feeling safer, it often feels distracting and unreliable. Road noise and engine noise are clearly noticeable at higher speeds, which ruins the driving experience. For a car priced in the premium compact SUV segment, this level of refinement is not acceptable. Overall, Kia Sonet feels more focused on looks and features than real comfort and usability. I expected much better value for the price paid and wouldn’t recommend it to someone who prioritizes comfort and practical safety features.
