    • Problem in iMT Gearshift/Auto Clutch

      Having problem in IMT Gearshift. I have Purchased Kia Sonet HTX imt on October 2020 and have driven around 8000 kms. Suddenly gear got stuck in middle of the road and I cannot change the gear. It seems like auto clutch is not active and car engine gets off on stopping the car. Such a bad experience for having a new car.

      Buying experience was good, though the waiting period is a pain. Driving experience is awesome, Turbo engine punchy and quite refined, smooth shifts in IMT, getting used to is easy, Looks are superb, Cabin Isolation is very good. Suspension on little stiffer side but not uncomfortable Did a long drive ok 750 kms and it went very smooth and didn't felt exhausted Cons - Slightly costly Glass quality could be better ( not that bad though) No NCAP rating, but build quality is better than seltos.

      Great driving experience and features in car. Spacing of car can be improved and lag in iMT can be reduced of hilly drives. Interior material quality most premium in this class with top of the class features. Suspension and comfort on Indian road is not great very stiff.

    • A compact suv car

      We bought the car on 4th June 2021. We got the car in a short interval of time. Booking was done in April, they told us that the car will be available to you after 3 months.. But to our surprise car really arrived very early that is in May. We were also surprised. But due to corona curfew, we decided to take car in June. So finally we are happy with the car. Our buying experience was awesome. Early we were not happy with the price being raised by 30 k , but as we got alloy wheels, extra safety features etc. so now we are happy. Driving kia sonet is really fun. It's a powerful car. Have not took a very long drive yet but its awesome. We went to hilly roads as in himachal there are many curve and steep roads, it fits well here too. Looks are pretty amazing with nice interior design. Some people say it has less rear space but personally I don't feel this. It is a spacious car. Good for 5 people. I will write about servicing & maintenance later, when I will get it done. There are many pros like its a feature loaded car, good looking, sunroof, alloy wheels, cruise control, & many more. If we talk about cons then it lacks cool glove box, rear wiper. Which I think should be added at this cost. Anyways a good car for those who are looking for a compact suv car. Thank you.

      I purchased kia sonet htx imt petrol on 18.03.2021. I found that car is nice and amazing car loaded with so many features. I really like the features i.e. keyless entry, sunroof, alloy wheels, seat comfort, nice boot space. Car performance is superb. I am fully satisfied with the Kia Sonnet. I strongly recommend this compact SUV.

      Super car... Driver experience is really awesome... Turbo engine is really good. Value for money. Good mileage within the city. Please own it... The body build is good. It is quite heavy when I have compared with venue, Kiger, magnite ... Really imt will give you good feel while driving

    • Kia Sonet starter issue in 2 months.

      Delivery date was 16th August 2021 and on 22nd August within 300 km the car engine completely stalled and did not start again.. The Kia service center guys are clueless but gave them one off benefit of doubt. 15th October with 1800 kms run, the car faced the same issue again. Absolutely dreadful experience with the car and the clueless service center guys. I have complete regret to have wasted time money and energy on buying this car. Features are great if you do not want to actually use the car to drive to some place.

      The dashboard design is very generous nothing had been held back or cheap everything is at its place and fantastic...best looking dashboard layout among its competitors and hats off to kia. Another worthy feature is cooled front seats and Seltos like design.. others should learn from kia as how to give its customers generously in terms of design and features.
