      The buying experience was bit tough cause the showrooms are limited and the rush is high.. Wonderful driving experience.. Aggressive look and feel good comfort.. The cons are limited every car had them.. Close your eyes and go for it

      This is my 2nd car after Tata tiago,Driving this car makes me more Happy,it is superb for small family,as am driving this car in rural areas to urban areas daily it's ground clearance is awesome in rural roads,handing is good,looks are stunning, engine is very refined.suspension could have been better compared to nexon

    • Kia is not doing good how it is doing in other countries. Very bad experience with Kia customer care. They don't care about customer.

      Buying experience was very very bad, terrible ,horrible I don't know the worst name for that experience. Driving is good. Look is super. Service and maintenance is very bad again. Kia customer care will not respond to customer. They will transfer the issue to dealer then dealer don't worry about issue.

    • Disappointing pricing, strange feature distribution across variants

      Disappointing pricing. I was expecting Kia to price it competitively. The feature distribution across variants is strange too. Even after spending close to 10 lacs, many basic features are missing from HTK Plus 1.2. Instead of all the gimmicks, Kia could have loaded the essential features. The competition is offering feature-loaded variants under 10 lac. I was so excited about this but now I'm going to give it a miss.

    • Overpriced with poor sitting comfort

      Car is good but overpriced as most of the features in top variants howevercan go for seltos mid varient instead of buying it's top, engine is good but sitting comfort/space is not good at all especially in rear. Will go for Nexon-value for money.

      Waiting time very long because of demand. Booked on 31st Aug 20 and finally allocate on 19 Nov. 20 Looking like chota bhai of seltos . Value for money variant. Lots of features which are usable in the daily ride. Customer service so so due to covid 19.

      Driving comfort is too good. Never expect this kind of budget from KIA. Over all service is good. One thing is it should have curse control with this budget. Because altroz car has curse control. Over all height of the car is good.

      Headlights are not good. Because its helogen not projector and led. Projector lights better then helogen lights. Car is good looking exterior and enterior. Waiting time of this car is very long.
