    • Pathetic Service Levels of KIA Dealership

      Poor service all along from first service till 4th service, unprofessional behaviors, untrained team, no corrective actions even after repeated reminders...Dealers are killing a good brand like KIA in India.

      4 and 5 are not up to the mark. Just after 3500km it's fuel pump stopped working. It was terrible. Apart from that the average fuel economy is very poor. The service engineers are not very expert. Inspire several reminders during servicing many repair works left untouched, like back seat latch, noise etc. One very important draw back is the lac of service centers.

    • Basic needs for kia Seltos

      Required more space in globe box. Require air pressure system on the back. The visible mirrors outer fix requires the rubber to clean it regularly because car picks more dust from backside. Its provision can be connected with air fan. Handles fitted on doors should be comfortable with soft sponge.

      Gst and Pb. Govt. Taxes are included in basic value which are on the higher side. Driving a car is like flying in an Aeroplane. Outer/Inner looks seems beautiful, not any other. First service is cheap, no maintenance problem by now. Basic needs for improvement: are we require more space in glove box with cooling. Require air pressure on back mirror to clean dust. Require upper inner door handles with sponge.
