City Price in Delhi

I borrowed my friend’s Honda City for a few days, and yeah, I finally understand why people like this car so much. It’s not exciting in a “wow” way, but it’s very easy to live with. The ride is comfortable, steering is light, and driving in traffic doesn’t feel stressful at all. On the highway, it stays stable and quiet, which I honestly didn’t expect. Inside, it feels simple but well put together. There’s good space, especially at the back, and nothing feels confusing or gimmicky. Mileage was decent even with normal driving, and the engine felt smooth without trying too hard. What I liked most was that it never annoyed me. No drama, no awkward moments—just does its job properly. After giving it back, I thought, “Yeah, I could actually own this.” And that says a lot.

The Honda City continues to impress with its timeless design, spacious cabin, and smooth driving dynamics. Known for reliability, premium features, and strong fuel efficiency, it remains one of the best sedans in its class, offering comfort and practicality for both city and highway drives.

For anyone who is looking for most useful features like ADAS (Honda Sensing) that too under 15 lac Rs., the buck must stop at V MT or V CVT Honda City. Indian market is flooded with name sake SUVs like Creta, Seltos, but my funda is "Gaadi lambi honi chahiye, unchi nahin, unchi toh Wagnor bhi hai" Length matters, not height. I was so confused for 'mob mentality' we Indians have, that I had booked Creta with IVT with Sunroof at a price of Rs. 19.5 lakh, then Hyryder Hybrid, as CVT comes only in Hybrid at Rs. 21.4 lac and then Honda launched most affordable City with ADAS (first in segment in India) at a price point of Rs. 13.92 and CVT at Rs. 15.5 lakh. Yes it doesn't have Sunroof, who needs it, it makes your car boiling pot in Delhi heat. What it has is Autonomus Cruise Control that too in Manual gear engine. ADAS is the future. If anyone has a budget of Rs. 15 lac, go for V CVT and you won't regret it for coming 5-10 years.

Good car with a ton of features. The buying experience at dakshin Honda was very good. The car drives brilliantly well. The suspension soaps up bumps quite well. The service is relatively cheap when compared to the Germans.

1. Ground clearance can be increased as it is difficult at times to cross bumpy roads. 2. The Engine cover quality needs to be improved as it is mostly hanging down in most of the cars.

Love it (2018 model) Has great performance CVT is amazing Couldn't ask for a better car I got it for around 11-12 lacs in 2018 (VX model) as I had the canteen (defense) discount.

Amazing car, we bought it around 2011, the experience is great, looks like a beast, and the engine's also a beast, the service is not too expensive and nothing has ever broken for us, for us, there's no con and it's an amazing car.
