Buying experience was good.. performance of the car is very Good.. Search lots of cars ,took test drives. finally selected Yaris .the value for money variant is G optional..our Indian attitude is , we want features, not safety .and typical attitude is if some car not much seen on road means it's not good.so it's not true about yaris. Got a good discount too. As we all know Toyota is famous for low main and quality product this too implies for Yaris with good built quality. All things are good. But the company should provide music system though not essential. Good car ,go blindly for it.

It is really amazing and wow feeling It gives good comfort and convenience like high premium Cars. I have purchased after test driving 7 to 8 Cars. It is really amazing suspension, good NVH level and comfort like Audi cars. The added advantage is Mr. Reliability that is Toyota Brand. Mileage local 14.5 Kmpl and long drive 18 Kmpl and it depends on our driving style. Pick up is a little bit slow but best for family global platform sedan. Poor engine, not powerful, terrible design, average space and overpriced, wheel base is small and it just doesn't look good on the outside, infotainment system looks outdated and cheap, interiors are good but nothing special, engine feels dull and there is nothing exciting while driving it, gesture control takes a long time to respond, overall its an okay car but is surely overpriced.

its pretty easy to lay down a list of wrongs with this car - 1.its an old product in the world markets and it looks like one when u compare it with other cars on sale in india at the same price point. 2.it is simply, terribly and any possible superlative that can be used to describe, OVERPRICED!!!. I mean what is toyota thinking? 3.it is underpowered when compared to honda city, hyundai verna and even the ciaz. Heck, it is even slower than the toyota etios itself. 4.fuel efficiency is one of the lowest in the asian cars of the competition. 5.its noticeably smaller on the outside and inside as compared to the competition. 6.Neither does it look classy nor does it look funky, its a weird blend of both that doesnt seem to work well. 7.Tyres are a size smaller than the competition due to which they get swallowed by larger potholes making the ride uncomfortable. 8.ride quality on the overall is rock steady and there is a nice firmness that allows the driver to push the vehicle, hey, but wait a second where is the power to match the chasis? so what has been done is they have given you a hard suspension suited to a performance car and they are asking you to drive it comfortably. So what is it that i am paying for exactly in this car? 11 - 15 lacs for 7 airbags and the toyota badge? they need to either give it a more powerful engine or they need to slash prices by 1 lac, these are the only possible quick fixes to get this car rolling.

it is a car worth buying if you are planning to keep it for long time . Maintenance cost is very low and it is highly recommended for a middle class person who wants to have luxury car with low maintainence

Some of the reviews are saying, it looks average, not so powerful engine, nothing great in interiors and over priced. There is something seriously not considered was Safety. Any average Indian buyer will look for lot of features, fancy looks and pretty less in price. The only safety they look for is 2 Air Bags+ABS. An above average person goes for 6 AirBags + ABS + EBD. If you are in this category, definitely Verna/Honda City are cost effective solutions. Please go for the same. I'm just out of an major accident. ABS and EBD was there but the missing element was ESP. If you are damn serious about safety, then you have limited options on Indian car market. Verna/City doesn't have ESP,BA,Hill hold Assist and Traction control. Yaris is the safest Sedan you can have under 20 Lakhs budget. One problem is it is 50-75K over priced. But if you are buying in December, you can buy the top-end manual for 15 Lakhs. It has all the features of Verna/City + extra Safety. Also Toyotas brand = peace of mind.

Amazing car. Amazing style powerful disc brake and super mileage and value for money in this Toyota Yaris car and in the different colour variant. Toyota Yaris winner from All company car competition.

Nice build 5* asean ncap rating. Tension free maintenance. My brother choose Yaris vx over Honda city because of 7 air bags, ESP, safety. Real difference between city & Yaris will come to know after 5yrs.

Drove both manual and CVT. CVT felt really good with smooth pickup and nice transition between gears. Best thing is that Toyota has introduced CVT from base variant keeping it very well priced for competitive CVTs in market but driving a manual definitely feels like underpowered for a 1.5 litre engine. Ride is smooth and soft over potholes. Higher seating for both front and back seats is a boon for long travels or travelling in extreme traffics. Though prices for this car could have been lesser to compete better with other cars of the segment.
