The new 3 cylinder petrol engine designed is very fuel efficient making it cost effective of city driving conditions.This Maruti Suzuki Swift VXi model offers great value for money and making it best model to buy of Maruti Swift.The 5 speed manual transmission is very slick with short throws making it joy to use and it feels better than AMT,gearbox which feels jerky. Absolutely brilliant 5 speed manual transmission Maruti Suzuki Swift VXi 5 manual transmission gives great drivability, light controls, great handling and performance which gives makes fun to drive in both city and highways.This model includes safety features such as 6 airbags, 3 point seat belts, traction control, hill hold assist, ABS+EBD, ISOFIX child mount seats etc.Maruti's widespread service network, excellent after sales support making it best value for money product.Smart-looking interior with a good-looking dashboard and fine ergonomics.But black interiors with small glass area at the rear seats which feels claustrophobic.The new 3 cylinder petrol engine feels vibrate and noisy than previous 4 cylinder petrol engine.The 5 speed AMT gearbox transmission feels jerky and slow especially on the highways and it feels too much noisy than manual transmission. The interior quality is good but materials used in dashboard with hard plastics making not feels very premium than the Tata Altroz, Tiago and Hyundai i20.It feels very light on higher speeds while driving on the highways making it unstable with 850 kgs of kerb weight. It also gets noisy and feels vibrations at higher speeds.Maruti Swift 163 mm ground clearance is not good for Indian roads to scrape speed breakers.The rear seat space can be a bit cramped for taller people and thigh support is also not good.
