GM & Customers

No matter what GM releases, unless it and it's dealers start treating the customer in a far better way, in India they should go the American way, i.e., bankrupt.

I can only say, after my experience in owning an Opel Sail and an attempt to own a Chevy Optra Magnum, stay away from them.

In fairness, I might add that I have no complaints against the local Nagpur dealer as far as financial propriety goes but in all other aspects both the dealer and GM fail miserably.
