I've owned the car (ZX variant) for over 2 years now and have put 22,000 kms. Here is an honest take. Pros - Spacious and roomy Seats are wide and comfortable in first 2 rows All 4 windows are auto up/down Audio system with subwoofer is above average Fuel efficiency is okay (12-16 kmpl) depending on how you drive. Drive hard and it drops to 10 kmpl. Cons - Too many to list, where do we start! Worst interior quality of any car at any price. Cheapest plastics you can find Flimsy build quality outside as well Body panels flex Abject paint quality Take a look at that headliner, I mean can it be any cheaper? Ride is weird and jittery on 18" wheels Everything rattles on poor roads Windows already creaking (where's the Toyota quality?) Infotainment system is from the 90s No features at all Window and other buttons are unlit You can't auto unlock all 4 doors on shifting to park No auto wipers Headlights are poor Camera is grainy It's close to 40 lakhs

My driving experience is good as this is my third Innova, my family prefers Innova as it is good in comfort looks perfect, is low maintenance, and has good mileage the thing that needs to be better is the wheels should be big because compared to the body they are small and leather seats should be provided in VX(o) model.

Super driving experience clubbed with excellent features and a sunroof looks fantastic in the car. It's spacious and includes all the features that an MPV should have; however, it's sporty.

The Innova Hycross is the best in the segment. It’s economical like a small car but spacious like an SUV. The drive is smooth and powerful. Be it on a plane or in the mountains, it gives a full comfortable drive.

It was very good driving and sitting in innova crysta and the comfortability of it was superb the overall look and detailing were also good. However, the car is awesome and it's value for money because the mileage and the look get the car to the top and I think that it was a superb comfortable car.

Driving experience and looks are the vanilla points for this car. Mileage is not bad as spread in the market. The highway is more than 16 at a steady speed. City Plus highway gave 14 for the first 1000 Km. 12 within the city.
