- Respect high regards to Tata. But after sale service Team is non productiveWorst car, waste of money, poor driving range only 132 kms on 100% charge. Pathetic customer support. At 40 % range shown is 70 kms but suddenly drops and runs only 15-17 kms and break downs on the way . This has happened yo my car more than 10 times . Complaint reported to costumer service several times no proper response . Car handed over to heritage motors several times ,they kept it for 7-15 days but couldn't resolve the problem. Service team is so bad that the wiper broken while the car was in their custody but they handed over to us without even informing us . Heard the same kind of response from many nexon ev owners.Rating parameters(out of 5)1
