            82 bhp @ 6000 rpm

Gives a good idea of the performance of the vehicle under full thrust. A higher figure here usually means a higher top speed as well.

Higher the power, the peppier the engine but it can also affect fuel economy.

          • Max Torque (Nm@rpm)
            113 Nm @ 4200 rpm

Relates to in-gear acceleration. A higher figure here means better roll-on acceleration, fewer gear shifts, and possibly better fuel efficiency.

Nexa buying experience was good. This is incidentally my second Ignis car. Originally I purchased in 2017 I guess but had to travel overseas so sold it in 2018. Had to return sooner than expected so again purchased new Ignis. Being a Mumbai city car the AMT is useful. The AMT is pretty responsive if you bond well with it. You got to know when to press the pedal and when to loosen it. I am a satisfied driver with this car it just zips around and takes less space in road but is surprisingly spacious inside. Parking is easy. The blue tooth speaker and reverse sensors are brilliant. The 1.2 engine with the 82 odd BHP makes it a strong car on uphill in the flyovers. I used to struggle to hold my speed in a wagonr but this car is better. Am sure a 1.5 engine would be better but for this price its neat.

Great city car and for the occasional long drive, sufficient boot space for a small family. Looks and comfort like SUV. This car would have been a top seller. I have Ignis delta model manual average mileage is above 18 kms. 1.2 petrol engine is smooth silent and peppy 1.2 engine is also enough powerful. Nice family car.
