    • No any car available for delivery form a long time.

      Worst Delivery Service by Company, I've booked Sonet htx diesel manual on 11 Oct. The dealership promised for delivery within 4-5 week but still, the car is not available for delivery. The company and dealership are both irresponsible. They didn't confirm any delivery date. Even I complain via email and Twitter handle but no any response from the company.

    • Good Car to drive having some issues

      I am proud owner of the kia Sonet HTK plus petrol variant. I had driven around 2000 km and getting 18.3 km/ltrs. I generally drive at a speed of 70-80. Although i am quite satisfied with my car but I had noticed few issues that i want to highlight. 1. The quality of plastics just below the windscreen is of poor quality and its lock become non-functional is just two months. And this issue is with every Kia car. Kia needs to work on it. 2. There is some issue with reverse gear and out of 10 times, it stuck somewhere. 3. While driving on the highway at a speed of 80-90, the tyre sound is quite noticeable in the cabin, which i didn't like. Kia needs to use some other brand tyre. 4. Spare wheel tyre size is smaller. The cost-cutting practice uses by all company. 5. All five tyres are not of the same brand.

    • Good Car but parts availability problem

      I have purchased 2 months back. I am facing problem in AC ( Heater is running in low temperature) I have visited the service centre two time but still the problem is not solved due to unavailability of parts.

      My bro has seltos so he suggested me this. Car looks impressive, rear you can sit only 2 people and rear seating is not good for long drives. Initially, I booked the car online, it's been 2 months; no one bothered to call. Worst experience. Went to nearby showroom in Bangalore. The response was "sir it will take 4-6 months, we have 100+ bookings so we can't guarantee you", please pay 25k as token amount.. it's not just us there were around 20 other people in the showroom, same dialogue heard.. Really it throws me off with their after-sales service, customer service and the showroom experience. Worst experience!! If you're not acting smart and able to understand customer pulse you will doom soon...

      I am proud owner of Kia Sonet HTK+ petrol Manual. Performance of the car is good. But notice few issue 1. The quality of the plastic just below the windscreen is poor 2. Issue with reverse gear

      Overpriced car. Don't spoil your hard-earned money. A car of 13 Lakhs without a rear wiper. The rear legroom is insufficient. It feels bouncing at humpy roads. In petrol automatic, only one variant available. You are forced to buy it. There are many sub-budget cars available.kia doesn't value your money. But you have to.

    • Better car than Kia Sonet in the Sub SUV segment

      Car is just good for a short drive and only for a two-seater. Back seats are worst in the segment. no space at all, and so much of discomfort. People planning to buy the car do a lot of research before putting hard-earned money on any car. Don't depend on only looks of the car and unwanted full loaded features. See comfort drive comfort and after-sales service also.

      Booked Kia sonet HTX 1.5L diesel on 1 Sept; first committed date of delivery was 1 Nov which got extended multiple times. the trust has shown on KIA which become questionable now. Worst Experience... International Brand but no value of customers.

      Rear seat comfort is absolutely worse. I actually didn't understood why reviewers saying it's value for money, good comfort etc. It's way too expensive. Yes ride quality is fine but at this price point Tata Nexon gives better features, safety, ride quality and handling. Cherry on the top is the rear seat comfort which is just spot on. I actually cancelled Kia Sonnet booking and chose Nexon instead.

    • 2020 amazing SUV segments

      Look very smart, enthusiasm driving and performance very nice, but variant cost too long gap, So Top variant reach the seltos onroad prices. Servicing and maintenance much improved to better results.
