      1.I booked kia SONET HTK+ automatic on First day 20/8/2020 But didn't deliver yet. Dealer Shivam Kia Rajkot Gujarat Said that company didn't send choice model. Only top model sending Customer care didn't help. Last one month, didn't send HTK+ automatic white or HTX Diesel White one car. Last 3 months.. my choice model didn't send. Very bad services.

      Don't buy Kia cars. Shocked that Kia doesn't deserve an international brand. The waiting period is fluctuating. They only do fake promises. Service experience is the worst. If your car met an accident then u will suffer miserably by a service. Only looks and some feature is good at this price nothing else. Never ever go for kia cars. Instead of this just go for Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra cars.

    • Delivery getting delay and false commitment by the dealers "KIA Sonet"

      I have booked the HTX Imt black on 27 Sep in Car Automotive LLP at Jubilee hills,hyd. Promised and gave a commitment to delivering the vehicle within 4 weeks. But now increase to 8 weeks. Then also i did not receive the vehicle till now. I don't understand why they are giving false commitments. And also saying having issues in the manufacturing plant. It's the too worst experience.

      While driving obviously you feel the lack of Engine power as compare to other cars in this price range like breeza...I took the test drive of HTK+ model i did not get feel of driving as expected from KIA. Price is too high as compared to car performance...i guess if people wait little over than they may get some offers from kia but in this price without any offer a big no to this car from my side.

    • Delivery delayed.dont stuck with advance booking

      Booked HTX 1.5 Manual on October 12, 2020. till now no response from the showroom. went to showroom many times returned back with empty hands. lost my hope to get a vehicle. I will edit when I got the vehicle. worst experience ever.

      Hello Little disappointed in HTX 1.5 Diesel variant I observed that there is no alloy wheel in this variant compared to Hyundai Venue on this same price but Hyundai has provided alloy wheel I don't know why the Kia has missed could be given alloy wheel it will be very good for buyer Kia motors to think on this. Thank you.

    • Problem in iMT Gearshift/Auto Clutch

      Having problem in IMT Gearshift. I have Purchased Kia Sonet HTX imt on October 2020 and have driven around 8000 kms. Suddenly gear got stuck in middle of the road and I cannot change the gear. It seems like auto clutch is not active and car engine gets off on stopping the car. Such a bad experience for having a new car.

      Kia's after-sales service is the worst...i met an accident on 6 Dec 2020.. I have informed Kia on the same day...they tow my vehicle on the same day to the nearest service centre ( Gwalior) ...it has almost 18 days...the vehicle is still in the same condition..they have not done any service...i suggest everyone not to buy kia vehicle...as their after-sales service centre s worst...

    • Best Performance but with some compromise

      The buying experience was bad I had pre-booked in the month of August 2020 itself I had to wait long to get it delivered with a fight with a representative. 2. Overall experience is good with the driving bit of lag while changing the gear and since you don't have clutch you don't have control of parking in 1st gear. 3.looks, performance is top-notch no comparison,bit expensive and with features compared to Nexon I would still expect traction control, hill assist, cooled glove box in all the variant at least in the imt segment. 4.service and maintenance is yet to be experienced 5.pros: design, the fluidity of driving, power, lightweight steering wheel, boot space Cons: the rear seat, only imt in 1.0l, less colour selection

    • Back seat not comfortable.

      I was booked this car on 14 Sep 20 but after view this car in showroom , I personally feel that the back seat is not comfortable so I cancelled the car booking. Otherwise the look of the car and the feature of the car is very advance. I personally feel that if we spend 10 lakhs on car and 5 persons not seat comfortably then this is wastage of money.
